I have a gel pack which works like a charm hence ordered this one for parents. But this one turned out really a bad quality product. Hence I am returning it. Will try something else.This one has multiple issues:1. It doesn't look like filled with gel since its too light eight compared to my previous one. Even the viscosity wise you can see its either water-filled or some other light liquid.2. Its half-filled with air. Only half liquid inside. You can easily shake and hear the bubbling sound. This didn't happen with my previous one.3. Because it's half-filled with air its tricky to heat because if the liquid is not in touch with the heating component how will it heat. So you have to ensure putting it in a position that the liquid is in contact with the heating comp.4. Heating is not adequate at all. Even after keeping it plugged in for 20 minutes the pack didn't heat much. Only a very very mild temp difference which won't work for muscle pain relief.So basically all these issues make it useless. My other pack heats to the required temperature within 3-5 minutes.

If you are looking for a gel pad that lasts for a long time, is easy to use and does not require you to charge it again and again, go for this one. I have been using these gel pads for a long time now, and they are very durable and retain heat for a long time. Very useful and effective.

After buying this product,my mother is using it for some time.Very easy to charge.charges very quickly and helps in reducing muscular pain.using it mostly for shoulder and back pain.Good product.was delivered timely and has been good till now

I have used many hot pads but all contained water as liquid.This perticular item contains gel due to which it remains hot for a longer period of time.Best thing about this item is that it heats up very quickly (3-4mins only). And stays hot for over 2hrs.Best product for pain relief and sore muscles.Must try, you wont regret. 👌🙂

This useless product is not working...there is no provision for return also..Hopeless , wastage of money ...The company should take d responsibility for it's serviceability...

It was my life worst product buyied till today . At starting it was not taking the charge even after some hours it started taking charge and after 2 days it automatically gets stopped. When i m applying for returning then its showing that its not comes under amazon' s returing policy. Strange nw amazon is also selling the products which r non refundable so why to take it from amazon.
