My go to for good quality gravy browning, it adds a luxurious thickness and taste and I also use in my bolognaise, Jamaican dishes, casseroles and chilli con carne. Happy with the price.

The best browning there is without a doubt. Other than the old skool brown sugar method this is the one for me always, other brand do not compare... Excellent flavour, consistency and great value bottle lasts along time. Very versatile I use to brown chicken or make gravy. Give it a try...

It did the trick
I vaguely remember gravy browning from my childhood but was flummoxed when a recipe called for it. It is good to know that the old fashioned stuff is still available and it did the trick.

It’s no Grace Browning
I’m seeing a lot of these authentic JA brands these days but either they are being made by Caribbean businesses that have never cooked food in the Caribbean, or just like everything else they’re created for western palettes. I’ll stick with the Grace brand because at least the taste and flavours are there.
