I bought this item to keep my home PC and NAS under control while was traveling. For this purpose, it works perfectly. I would have given it 5 stars except for one problem, on/off timer settings are not stored on the device, they depend on a live router with wifi and a modem to work. Consequently this device (and probably many other brands) cannot be used to reset routers and modems either remotely or at a timed interval.

The instructions that came with the plug are out of date, as well as the instructions in the app. But the video in the app has the right info. Watch it for the install to get Alexa to work with this plug.I like that you can control each plug by itself and also as a group.I'd buy it again and probably will for my next time I want to get another item on my smart home.

Bought this to use on and under sink hot water tank since it would handle the 12 amps it draws. Didn’t realize you actually get 2 timers in one. Each socket can be named and set on a schedule.

I really enjoyed this outlet. It works perfectly with my echo so now I can turn on or off my lamp with just my voice.

Dual outlets worked great to control 2 lamps at the same time. Good value.

Super easy installation and connecting devices with wifi and alexa. Would love to buy it when it is back on deal.
