HAMMER ANVILMen’s Flip-Flops Summer Sandals

I bought mine.. a size or so above ... fit-is-fineYou see my feet size 8.5 EEEE .. fit with reasonable margin on these size 11 ..flops..I like the slight oversize.. this is a perfect match - IMOThings like this are cheap to make (sure) - BUT .. if they are done right..are ....worth the cost of a beer.. I think.I find them great! I don't want them too decorated.....The center 'nub' (underneath) needs to seat - which will happen with a walk-around...The sole is a few layers..soft but tough...........I see they WILL NOT tear, or fail to soften-my-step ... I'm very happy.I got them for my Hawaii walk on the beach.. with daughter...on sand and cement.. they are solid OldSchool !!and - THEY ARE COMFORTABLE!......says...... a tenderfoot

These were a good substitute for a pair that sold out. "Black and white" sole unusual, and supersized logo not a favorite....maybe it will wear off..A good value overall

1/27/2025 - Adding one star because these have continued to be solid performers. Pretty quick to dry, good traction, comfortable.1/21/2025 - Needed something to wear in the steam room and the shower at the gym. These work well. Non-slip, comfortable. We'll see how they hold up over time.

I purchased a pair over two years ago now, the main reason being these are zero drop flip flops. If you know, you know, but other than a certain big box store that rhymes with bart, I can’t find a zero drop flip flop. I have sandals from Luna and Xero, but I bought these flip flops specifically as a shower shoe/hotel shoe. They are so much more. I’ve logged hundreds of miles in these flip flops, from vacation strip sidewalks to ocean beaches. They are still going strong. After wearing them all day I hop in the shower with them, and afterwards I am able to dry my foot and the top of the flip flops so as to never have to step on a hotel floor. I’ll include a picture of the sole, keep in mind what I said, hundreds of miles.

They look exactly as they’re shown on the page. Good material made. Sizes are slightly bigger than normal but they fit well, though

Average quality and look

These are great for the money if you want some basic flips. I sized down based on what other reviews said and I’m glad I did. I wear a size 9 shoe and ordered a size 8 in these and they fit perfect.

I bought many pairs of these flip flops over the years as my primary footwear. However, for the past year or two the straps are either misshaped or, in this case, too long to secure your foot. The first photo is my last remaining “good” pair and the straps fit perfectly. The second pic is a side by side of an old pair to the ones I just received. The third picture shows how loose the straps fit on the new ones.I’m really disappointed. These flip flops were great for so long and now they are unwearable. What happened to their quality control? I’ve kept buying a pair every few months hoping the manufacturing has been straightened out, but no luck. These are going back.
