Is there a difference between capsule and powder form?

They are extremely close if you compare the supplement facts panel for the active ingredients. Main difference would just be the ability to take capsules easily on the go and some people like the powder because it can be added to any pre-workout powder and mixes well and is unflavored.

Will this mess with my sleep if i take it 3 hours before bed?

No, this should not affect your sleep. Noxygen is stimulant free.

Is there one similar with less sodium?

This is the only formula of this product. The sodium is essential as it comes from the sodium nitrate which is the main active ingredient in the formula.

Been using for a a year. Great product

This stuff is awesome. I have better lifts, longer workouts. Used it for hiking in high altitude and it kept oxygenated blood flowing. No stimulant, so no shakes or jitters. Works great..

Fishy smell literally
