I bought this because I saw a question that said "does it work with smartthings hub?" and someone said "yes".... turns out that's a big fat no. However, it seems that the outlet does work pretty well out of the box, it does still function just the same as the smart things outlets do, the only difference being I needed a separate app, which I suppose I can deal with just fine, it still has external connectivity, meaning I can use it without my phone being on the same network. I currently have it set to my 3d printer so I can power it on without having to walk all the way to my shop from my computer to get it up and running.

This is a really great plug for the money. The set-up is easy with the mobile app and integrates with Alexa with ease. We purchased a number of the GE Z-Wave plugs, however, I prefer these as it allows for flexible management with their mobile application.

Love the product and great idea. It is very light so I need to velcro or tape it down on the bottom but perfect for a charging station.

Consolidates all my electronics, works great!

The unit looks nice and compact and very easy to carry and store. Itook the unit out of the package and began to charge mini ipads for classroom use. The first 4 usb ports work fine but the last two ports do not work. The mini ipads kept blinking on and off. When I unplugged minipads from charging on the top 4, the last two ports (individually and when both are being used) do not charge my mini ipads. They sent me a replacement unit free of charge. Thank you!

Could you Confirm that one can use this without a Converter from 110 to 220 Volts pls. I have purchased a Unit and would like to be sure before plugging it in . Thanks
