Rocket Radio MT-8 Covert TETRA Airwave Clear Acoustic Earpiece for Motorola MTH800

I bought this earpiece as the supplied earpiece for the Motorola mtp850 wasn't very comfotable and was over the ear. This earpiece is fantastic and although advertised as MTH800 it works perfectly for the newer mtp850 airwave. It's comfortable to wear, looks good and is covert in style. Well worth the £15 i paid for it!

Found that I could not really hear this earpiece very well even with the radio turned up to full, especially in loud environments.Have now purchased the G type earpiece, much better.

this is a brilliant earpiece for listening to the airwaves, clear speech, even turn the volume down its that good. much better than the issued one.however the ptt button will not allow any speech when you are in earpiece mode. have to keep changing between the two modes.great for listening only, not for communicating back

If you are in the job just ask your comms section for a replacement. This is not the dearest or cheapest but looking back I wouldn't have bothered buying it. On the other hand it was sent quickly and I cannot criticise the service.

Much better than the standard issue earpiece that comes along with the handset. Clarity is fantastic, even in a large crowd or event. Very comfortable and can be worn for a whole day without irritation.I have bought a few of these over the last few years, I've just bought my 3rd in fact. That is the products only real downside, they just don't seem to last any more than a year. There seems to be an issue with the connection to the clear tube part of the product. I have had this problem with my 2 previous ones, an issue along shared with a number of my colleagues. Having said that, I'll continue to use them due to the relatively low price.
