It works and is comfortable. It took me a while to figure out how to wear it but i consulted the photo. This is not light weight but if u r in pain u wont care u will just be glad it works.

This has helped my upper back more than anything I tried. Just a regular back brace didn't work but this works. I have spasms in my upper back. I can stand still 5-10 minutes and I hurt so bad. .When I cut grass it would just about put me to bed or have to take a pain pill to get me easy, but when I wear this , when I get thru my back don't hurt. It's a pray answered to me. Thank you so much for it. I'm 72 but when I wear it out I will be looking for you.

Good product but not something your going to were under or outside you clothes if going out in public. Works great around the house where you don't care how you look! Comfort sitting and standing and out for a walk.

I didn’t like the hard stripes on the back are larger than my back, it hurt my armpits and the it keep getting up my tummy, it will not stay in place. So it is difficult to wear it every day. It may be good for someone who doesn’t do a lot of physical activity not for someone who needs to move a lot.

to long for a short person. could not wear it. i'm 5 feet 1\2 in and it did not work for me.
