Really good value for money, the best juicer I've ever had
I've had three juicers before this one: One centrifugal (noisy but quick, and crazy difficult to assemble and clean), two masticating (quieter, but time-consuming to clean, with pulp getting stuck everywhere, and parts that were very hard to disassemble - sometimes they were locked so tight I couldn't do it on my own).A recurrent problem I had with these masticating juicers was that pulp would often get stuck, and I would need to turn them off to partly clean them so that they could continue juicing. This juicer, on the other hand, is a treat to use. Just as quiet as the other masticating ones, but considerably easier to assemble, disassemble and clean. Never once did the parts (or pulp) get stuck, and it's super easy to clean. Great value for money.

Good juice but hard to unassemble
The juicer makes good quality juice. It's easy to clean. My issue is that it's hard to take it apart for cleaning. It's a struggle to get the lid and base off. It does not un-click easily. It feels literally stuck and it takes me consistent effort throughout multiple hours to try and un-assemble it for cleaning. I have to use towels and all my strength to twist the lids and base to get it to un-click.

Best appliance i ever bought
This is the baddest.I am very happy i got this🤩🤩🤩🙋♀️. Imagine waking up to fresh juice, in whatever flavours you want. Never bought a juicer before, usually smoothie my fruits. Please their is a big difference in the tasstie goodness. If u are big on fruits and vegetables get this. Thankfully its not.expensive.This is one of the quickest i have ever liked a product. I fell in love with the quality when i got it. Durable , doesnt smell awful, no flimsy stuff or cheap looking material. See i dont like washing up anything at all🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. It is easy to wash just put under running water for one minute gets all the debris off. There is a yellow plug at the bottom, u need to find it and open ir to clean this baby up.I have used it constantly now for one week and it has never got a jam. Tried ginger, watermelon, pineapple, mango, peach, applr, ginger, spinach, coconut, parsley, carrots, apple, parsnips too can you beat that🧚♂️🧚♂️🧚♂️😂 iits bliss. Speed is great too, remember it's a masticating juicer so it doesnt heat up and mess up your vitamins in your juice!!!!Its worth five star please!!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Don't bother
Worked well for the first week then blew the circuit in my kitchen and didn't work afterwards. Called the Gourmet number to report it and try and get a refund. They put me through to Amazon in New York who couldn't help and told me to call Amazon UK. The number they gave did not work! I ended up going through Amazon web help and eventually spoke to a real person. Amazon only post this item , it is sold by a third party. Eventually agreed to refund me but I had to return out of box etc so will wait and see if it is accepted. Quite fragile and fiddle to take apart and wash. Juice it made was nice whilst it worked.

Very good for making plant based milk
I bought this slow juicer to make almond and soy milk. It works really well but the resulting "milk" is still slightly pulpy and requires a quick strain. It makes really protein-rich soy milk. I know this because I make my own thick soy yogurt and tofu with the resulting milk.I find it easy to use and I have MS! The clean up is a bit messy but not at all difficult. This slow juicer is very good value for money. I was looking at the Huron to begin with but they were in the region £350. The Gourmia could be improved with the addition of an extra fine filter but overall I am very pleased.

Very good product. Would recommend.
This is my first juicer and I did a lot of research before buying it since the price range can go from £40 to £400!!! I decided to go for something relatively cheap since I was not sure about how often I would use it and what to expect.I am not disappointed. It is really good. Does its job really well and I really cannot think what else I would ask for. Its mouth is wide enough so you don’t have to cut the fruits/veg in tiny bits, saving time, it’s easy to use and assemble. It is sturdy and powerful and juices in seconds. YesCleaning it is a little bit of a faff because of all the bits to clean and the pulp sticking but it really isn’t that bad and I feel it is worth the hassle since the machine performs so well.
