I love it. It really looks cheap and suspicious so I wrote my son's name then "woodshop class age 11" and people think "oh that's cute he made this?" Then they open it and it works every time. I would have to say its stronger than it looks because they throw it down on the ground so fast and hard but it hasn't broke yet.

It broke within an hour of opening it. It's cute and worked many times. We gifted it a child and it broke at the birthday party. The spider fell off but it's made of gummy material so you could stick it back in the metal stick but the wooden block that rotates as you open and close the box came unglued or unattached and just fell so then you could not open and close and have the spider jump out.

My son (age 7) loved to try and scare his friends and some family members. He got my sister, his aunt, very good lol. Wish I got it on video. However, this toy did not last long..about a week or so..literally was put together by a tread (more like a string of fuzz) my son begged me to fix it but I was unable to. Overall, good for the price but don’t expect to it to last long

Its good for fun pranks.Its kinda hard to put back because the spider legs get stuck in the box.Btw the spider is not plastic its rubber or silicone.Overall good product!

I sat this out on Halloween morning knowing my nosey daughter and wife will open it! GOT ‘EM!! 😂❤️😂

Not worth the money.

The wodden box is solidly constructed and this was a VERY clever gag gift. My kiddo loved the jump scare surprise and shows it off to visitors often.I gave durability 4 stars because the string attaching the spider to the lid came loose. I was able to reattach with super glue but I would expect it to last longer than a week before needing repairs.
