I have never written a review before, but wanted to air my view on this pillow.I have spent probably above & beyond what is probably an indecent amount of money on trying to find the right pillow - due to waking up with stiff neck & headaches.After reading the reviews on this pillow I decided to take the plunge - it isn't a cheap pillow.It arrived very quickly, and well wrapped / protected. It only took about 1/2 a day to expand,the pillow cover is very soft in itself, it's lovely, but...The pillow itself is very firm indeed.When sleeping I'm a bit of a "head burrower" but this pillow is just too firm for me - i feel as though my head is just rolling about on top of it - not quite " settling into it"It'll be great if firm pillows are your fave, but unfortunately, I'll have to keep on searching, :(

I don’t sleep well. I’ve tried artificial feather pillows, expensive goose down pillows, foam pillows. Always too soft or too hard or they go flat or they don’t mould enough to your head. This is perfect. It’s firm(ish) but allows your head to sink in a little whilst supporting neck/shoulder. It’s standard pillow shape so doesn’t wake you up when you roll over like some of the shaped pillows. I hate memory foam normally because it’s so hot but the way this is made allows the air to flow and the case as well really helps it stay cool. I thought at first it was a lot of money for “just a pillow” but for the added benefits in my mood and health for sleeping so much better - it’s worth ten times that. So glad I got one. Bought another pillow case too because I had planned to just use a normal one when I change the bed linen but the CosyBoo one is so much better I can’t live without it. My wife has tried it and has now ordered one too.

I had read plenty of reviews of this pillow before my purchase and I have to say that I am very satisfied.It is very comfortable and provides excellent support for both side and back sleepers (I am both) so I can confirm this.It is a Queen size pillow and I am using it on a standard single bed, this gives me an edge to edge pillow coverage so in the night I always have excellent support and neve have my head rolling off the edges.I have dropped one star as I am already noticing that it is not returning to its original shape, unlike some other memory foam pillows that I have previously used, however, a little bit of shaking and puffing it up seems to return to its original shape.Should this become a real problem in the future I shall update this review, however, given the price and overall good quality I would recommend it.

I've never been happy with any pillow I've purchased prior to this one. Other memory foam pillows were as hard as a rock and feather pillows were comfortable and soft but didn't provide enough support and lost their shape too quickly. This CosyBoo pillow is soft to medium in terms of comfort while providing enough support so that my head doesn't sink too far into it. It also rebounds really well after a night's sleep. The pillowcase is also soft to the touch, doesn't feel hot to sleep on and washes well.Time will tell whether the pillow retains its shape, but by month 3 it seems to be doing a better job of that than many I've owned before, so I'm hopeful that it might last me longer than I'm used to. I will almost certainly buy another one from CosyBoo when this eventually needs replacing.edit: since leaving the 5 star review back in September 2020 the pillow has sunk quite badly and won't fluff up or return to the shape it resembled initially. I know pillows don't last for that long generally, but I was hoping I might get more than 8 months out of it. I've updated the review score to reflect the fact that the pillow is no longer very comfortable and is being replaced.

I love this pillow, I have tried for ages to find something that doesn't flatten or gives me neck-ache.It is just a teensy bit too high for me when I sleep on my back but wonderful when i'm laid on my side so not enough of an issue for me to return. No flattening and lovely support.I will be buying another of these.Yes it did have a slight smell when first delivered but I liked it and am a little disappointed it's now gone :-)

Bought for my partner who has been complaining about being uncomfortable and waking with a stiff neck so bought one for his birthday. He’s very happy with it but said it takes a bit of getting used to however he has said that he’s not had a stiff neck since so it’s doing the job. All in all happy with the purchase and would buy another

I have been suffering from a very painful stiff neck for a few weeks now, so decided to take my daughters advice and bought a memory foam pillow. I am so thrilled that I did, I love this pillow, its plump enough that I only need the single pillow to sleep on. I woke this morning for the first time, in a long time without a stiff neck. Excellent.

I bought this pillow to replace my very old memory foam pillow. The pillow itself was nice and soft and offered a decent amount of support and comfort. The pillow case was soft to the touch and felt of good quality.. untill about 3/4 days of use when i noticed that the pillow case was starting to bobble up. I couldn't really figure why this was happening so soon and i hadn't yet washed it. When this starts to happen some of the fibres of the pillow case kind of pull away or come loose which means there's lots of small fibres that start to stick up and tickle/itch my face. While its not a major issue as one can simply put it in a different pillow case, i cant help but feel a bit disappointed as the bamboo case was brand new and part of the package and appeal which led to the purchase this particular pillow.
