First, let me say that the battery, once you install it is great. Returns your iPad back to the use time per a charge when you first bought it. For that I would have give 5 stars. However, included instructions and online instructions are difficult to follow and walk you through almost disassembling your entire iPad which is completely unnecessary. If you do buy this kit, go on to YouTube and watch the videos there and it will cut out about 2/3 of the steps they have in their instructions saving you time and steps that increase the risk of you damaging components. Another negative about the kit is that they give you tools that you don’t need for the project and some of the ones they give you could be different to make it easier. For example, he spatula looking tool’s handle is round. It would have been better to have a completely flat one lol in some other kits. If it was flat you could better get under the components better to separate the adhesive with out bending the components at angles more than necessary. They also give you several screw drivers, but you only need one for the battery replacement. It would have been better if they included a flexible card card like plastic so you can, again, cut through the adhesive bonding and also replacement adhesive tape for when you have to close up iPad after your done.If you have never done this before, like me, it’ll probably take about an hour because you’ll want to check and double check before you do anything or risk bricking your iPad. You’ll also need a heat gun or hair dryer to heat your iPad to soften the adhesive tape. On ratings detail, I’m not sure how “Adhesion” rating is relevant since the tape is not included and you are relying on the original tape in the iPad to reseal it.

Yesterday according to good 60 electricity, and then last night has been brought to watch the video, this morning also used a morning, until more than two o'clock in the afternoon did not have electricity, really strong, now ready to charge, it seems that if full, you can let me use one and a half days, two and a half longer than the original batteries. Product was exactly as described and although I was concerned that installing may be a hard challenge, I found that after carefully watching the YouTube video instruction, the process was relatively straightforward. Due to the work, I need to take my ipad with me all day, battery has lasted 7 hours and still has 15% life left. Really great battery life.

This set has everything for DIY iPad air2 battery replacement. No bad word about the battery, my iPad is very happy for sure! I did even one trick to open the Ipad: the battery comes covered by some sort of tough film. So I cut off a piece to use that for the very first opening of the iPad (detaching the screen from the back cover). So this set worth it, for sure!

The battery was installed correctly, however, it would not consistently hold a charge either. Ended up buying a new Ipad.

Battery is listed rated at 2800mAh but the best that I've been able to get it's actually capacity on my phone is slightly over 1800mAh however it's a vast improvement over my old original battery whose capacity had been reduced to slightly over 600mAh

I needed a battery for my phone and it seems retail stores do not carry them anymore. Therefore I was pleased to find one that matched my phone on Amazon. The battery works great and I was pleased the cost.
