Does the tube of cream have a seal on it. The tube that I purchased came in a box (unsealed) and the cream was also unsealed. Is this normal?

Mine came without a seal. The Eucerin bottle does not match their German or Italian Fort creme bottle (which is the language on tube). I suspect It may counterfeit.

Yes, 40% is better. Get your doctor to write you a RX. You can also get 45% & 50% with an RX. I would not buy any of the advertised 40% urea brands on Amazon. Get a Doctor’s RX.
