New Haya0 Miyazaki: The Collection Works Cartoons Box Set (BLU-RAY) - 11 Movies

Purchased from Sandem prior to 30% price drop. This set looks like a bootleg—the belly band doesn’t fit, the printing is fuzzy and the overall quality of the physical materials is not professional. Buyer beware.

Product has a wierd audo quality on Kiki's Delivery Service and doesnt included the English songs "I'm Gonna Fly" or "Soaring". Also some of the original dialogue is missing.

every disk is individually package. A sheet of Wax paper protects every page of the disk holder art. The tightly bubblewrapped package was then put in more protective case, then inside a box. When you unpackage this, you realize that everyone involved in your transaction knows that while this is no traditional art, it is still art to them. When you purchase this, you're purchasing treasured memories, and the creators viewed it the same way. NOTE: this is NOT the full Studio Ghibli collection, only the ones by Hayao Miyazaki. I only mention this because some people don't know that some of the Studio Ghibli movies are not by him and I don't want them being dissappointed.

So far all discs work the way it goes into it's case is like a book, only things that could be better but really isn't even a big deal is the plastic on the outside could be better quality and they could use a softer material on the inside where the discs go into so they don't get scratched

I haven’t made it through all the movies, so I may adjust to a lower score when I do, but one of the reasons I bought the set was Howl’s Moving Castle. The disc does not work. It’s stuck on an unending Disney logo loop with lapping waves. If I manage to get to a menu, all I see is a static picture & NOTHING else. No options to select. Ponyo & Spirited Away worked & were good quality - hence the 2 stars instead of 1. This set is WAY too expensive to have my favorite movie not working. If it were cheaper, I’d give it 3 stars - so far.

The set came sealed and I've watched 2 of the 11. Japanese and English dubbing and multiple subtitle languages. A purchase I wanted for a long time. Great price for the entire collection.

I'm biased to Studio Ghibli movies but that's okay. The animation is so perfect in every way. So wonderful. Totoro is adorable. Even if it's a kids movie, it's still fun, as. 23 year old, to watch. Castle in the sky was a weird childhood movie. I have no idea how I got to watch it bit it's so fun. The wind rises has John Krasinski. That's a cool surprise. And it's historically accurate, which is cool. Being an American learning japanese history is so cool

Fantastic price, i thought "too good to be true" but it's clear what you pay for. There were nicks and dents on the box, clearly from previous use. I've only watched one CD so far but it skipped. Regardless its a decent price to pay for all my favorite movies.
