Tasty and Makes Meat Tender
I am delighted with this marinade!! I used it on pork loin chops, which I find tend to be dry and somewhat tough. This Goya product gave me a tender and juicy pork loin chop with perfect seasoning. I'm thrilled with this product, very satisfied!

Love this product!
I love this product as I love all Goya products. It's a great marinade and is wonderful to cook meat in the crock pot with. It's getting hard to find in my neighborhood. So Glad I can find it here!

Smoked Thanksgiving Turkey breast
Tried something different on the smoker for Thanksgiving this year. I put a bottle of this Goya Mojo in a 4-5 quart Tupperware container and submerged the turkey breast in it. I injected the breast with the Mojo and let it sit overnight, before I put the breast into the smoker, uncovered in a shallow aluminum foil pan. I injected the breast with more mojo, less than 5 minutes from fridge to smoker, (180F) for 4 hours. Then I covered the breast with foil and increased the temp to 225F. The foil off time got the chicken nice and crisp. The breast (7.5 pounds) sat at 155F for a long time, too long, like it plateaued until I removed some, left a half inch, of the liquid from the foil pan. I kept that liquid and the leftover liquid from the pan for gravy. Once the liquid level was lowered, the breast internal temp went from 152F to my target 165F in 10-15 minutes. I do think there was moderate dryness because I let it sit at 152F for over an hour, this is a one of one sample set so I can't be sure. It was very moderate but, since I jumped though the hoops to inject it, I was expecting more salivating. I highly recommend this product for other previous meals and definitely for a smoked Thanksgiving Turkey breast, keep the liquids (part Mojo, part turkey fats) for gravy. Use the shallow pan but anticipate excess liquids and pull them off for gravy like you know what you're doing instead of winging it (see what I did there) like I did.

Never seen food destroyed that fast
Let me start by saying I'm buying my second two pack today. I bought some to flavor chicken on the grill and a tri tip. The chicken only was in the marinade for a day. People were just eating the chicken plain, literally bypassing the rest of the things on the taco bar and eating it by itself. There were three trays of meat, some carnitas, carne asada and the grilled chicken. At the end there was still trays of carne asada and carnitas and a snack bag of chicken left. The tri tip I soaked for mother's day was worse. We grilled that tri tip and cut it up. 10 minutes later I came back to get my plate and there were like five slices of a 3 pound tri tip left. THEY ATE THE WHOLE DAMN THING IN 10 MINUTES! Another few minutes and I wouldn't have got a piece of the meat at all So yeah, this marinade is that good. And eat quick.
