MizerakP0385 58-Inch 2-Piece Maple Competition Billiard Cue with Black Nylon Wrap

This is a 20 oz. cue. The product descriptions for all the Mizerak cues that I saw on Amazon made no mention of weight. One review for the PO345 (which I was considering) said that it was 19 oz.s. I assume that the person learned this fact upon opening the shipping box and seeing the label on the cue...as I did when I learned my PO385 weighed 20 ozs. The problem is that when I upgraded from the PO345 to the slightly fancier trim of the PO385 I also got a 1 oz increase in weight which I did not want. It is a nice looking cue, however so I will get used to it.

For $30 I wasn't expecting a lot... a decent looking but relatively straight cue. The cue is indeed decent looking but it would appear the threaded metal connections were inserted into the wood halves with no regard whatsoever for alignment. I could feel how out of alignment the cue was while screwing it together but just figured it would center up as it came together.... nope.Laying it on a table and rolling it (a rudimentary test for a "true" cue) has a "Fish flopping out of water" effect. It's not just a LITTLE out of true... I'm not sure how anyone could make a shot with this thing. Back to Amazon in the morning.... One star. Too bad I wasted 15 minuted taking off the 5 "made in china" decals that were strewn all over the thing before realizing it was garbage.

Considering you could spend thousands on a cue,getting this for 25 bucks is a steal. Upon arrival, this cues appearance exceeded my expectations. Very nice decoration but not cheap looking or ostentatious. Nice fat threads at joint. On the felt, if you've only been using house cues, this will up your game immediately. Gave four stars for no weight choice..they just send a 19.

The stick seems very sturdy and is very straight. Ive seen other reviews saying theirs wasn't straight or didn't line up correctly, but I haven't had any issues with quality of the stick. Highly competitive players will pass this over for a more expensive stick, as they should, but this is great for a beginner or as a cheap backup.

This shorty serves the purpose. You can make shoots in tight areas as that's what it was designed for. One piece and made ok. It has a 12MM leather tip. Nothing to rave about but it works as intended.

unfortunately the paint and the laquer is peeled on the stick. I just opened the delivery box 5 minutes ago. I ordered a replacement but this is a gift for christmas, i sure hope amazon gets it to me on time with the same delivery i paid for. if not, they should eat expedited delivery to ensure i have it for the 24th.

the stick was a little heavy but it was a good cue . nice tip . no prablams out of the rap .over all it was well made .

the cue was good but the grip thread was all unwound and had brittle plastic on it. i had bought another one of same brand and year ago and it was excellent though and hence the rating is in centre
