Newly opened the double sealed large canister, but found it was less than half full, probably closer to a third than half. No measuring spoon either. I read one other review for the Biosteel, not sure the size or flavor that had a similar issue, so apparently not the first time, but it is weird. Anyway called Amazon who after debate did refund the purchase price.

I was hesitant on this like many sports drinks and like to rely on homemade smoothies and greens-based drinks. After it being recommended by a friend who plays a lot of hockey I did a little research and saw many pro athletes were using this even though being endorsed by other sports drink brands.I play tennis 10-12 hours a week and do some high intensity interval training every other day. Using this during and after a workout has really helped with my recovery. Commonly, even after drinking a bunch of water I always feel very dehydrated after working out and after drinking a couple scoops of this i'm almost instantly hydrated. Beyond that after a long evening of drinking with friends have a couple scoops and your urine will be clear as water and you'll feel very refreshed.Most people I know who are using this prefer the berry, I was not a fan to me it tasted like a chalky childhood Tylenol berry flavor. I opted for the lemon and couldn't be happier. If you have an aversion to the taste of stevia it may take some getting used to but it's now something i drink 2-3 times a day when working out. I've been using this for about 3 months now and this differences are clear!

Doesn’t get any better than BioSteel! It has a great taste for a sugar free option. I always keep BioSteel on hand for our active family!

I was so happy to have found a B I G container of Biosteel! My husband and I use some in our water bottles every time we play hockey, but it's also a refreshing drink to have when you want more electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals. We've tried the fruit punch, the berry blend, and the lemon-lime. They've all been good, but our favorite is the lemon-lime.

I drink a scoop of this after workouts, and add collagen protein or other unflavored/unsweetened protein. I don't like the flavor of the collagen so this covers it up without adding sugar and calories. BCAAs and electrolytes seem to help with muscle recovery.

Great product. It's even better when you catch it on sale or there's a coupon.

Love this product - but find it disturbing that in this time of being aware of waste that their containers are double the size needed for the product - feels like false advertising and a waste of plastic.

BioSteel rocks!!! I love every flavour, some more and it hits the spot during my workouts!!! I feel like I'm drinking KoolAid but with electrolytes and NO SUGAR!!!!!
