Built a coat rack and used these. Seems like they are well-made and should hold enough weight. Will help keep my mud room organized.

I got the silver ones. Apparently I didn't read the description well enough because I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find that they include both long and short screws for each hook. They are fantastic quality, very sturdy, insanely easy to install, and look amazing. They all come packaged in their own little bags, inside one big bag, so no risk of scratching or damaging each other. The bags are resealable too! Im definitely putting those to good use for my crafting supplies! They are smooth to the touch, heavy, and quite nice to look at. Highly recommended.

I install hooks everywhere in my rentals, mostly to insure they are sturdy and installed correctly and in appropriate places (because the tenant is going to do it if I don't and they'll wind up being too low or not level or not anchored properly or *gasp* in the doors or woodwork). I put them left and right inside every closet, in the wall behind doors (with door stops to protect the door), and extra in the bathroom and the laundry. These are slim and installed easily. I can't speak yet for value (thought they were a little pricey for bulk but we'll see), or for sturdiness. Due to the material, under stress these would likely break where the other brands like liberty or franklin brass would bend - not sure which is better. These do seem sturdy though for their slimness. I will update this review in a year or so after they've weathered a tenant. One thing to note is that these have a matte finish; that means they mark rather easily, whereas the gloss finish of other brands keeps them looking better. They clean up, though, with a mr clean magic eraser, and they could be painted. So far I would recommend these --based on look, utility, and ease of installation.

Looked a little small and the screws are small as well but when I mounted them they att he'd well and have no problems with heavy coats. We installed them in a hunting lodge. Guys hang cross bows and heavy outerwear with no problems. Best if you attach them to a board as I have showen.

Beautiful and strong. I have put them in many closets and used them as replacements for existing ones. The top hook is vertical and in my case would not fit under the shelf above where the old one was located. I put them elsewhere in the closet and the backs of doors and it works perfectly.

I wish they wouldn't advertise "heavy duty". These are much smaller and less heavy duty than hooks you would buy at a hardware store or home goods store, but also much less expensive. They'll hold a bath towel, purse, or coat. I wouldn't trust these with something like a book bag or hanging plant. The casting marks (lines down the center) are rather ugly, but overall the finish is nice and consistent. The wood screws they come with are okay quality and I like the sufficient quantity of screws they come with.
