Excellent monitor bundling a few highly valuable features
I've been looking for a while for a versatile, portable monitor to make the remote working more productive. With this UPERFECT monitor I think I found it! It bundles everything I was looking for and then some:(1) 4K resolution,(2) On board decent battery,(3) Touch screen (which is as good as on any high-scale touch laptop),(4) USB-C & mini HDMI connections,(5) Robust, build and easy to use stand. It even packs a few extras:(6) Magnetic detachable keyboard,(7) Reversible power,(8) Highly customizable OSD.(9) This monitor is *thin* and elegant looking with a space gray metal build.Quality of the screen is exquisite. Mind you though, I am not a gamer, I am however editing photos and videos often, so quality of the screen is meaningful to me.A few practical notes:- Others mentioned the battery level icon in the top right corner of the screen and how annoying is that you cannot get rid of it. Well, actually you can! Read carefully the manual and switch off the battery icon on the 3rd screen from the OSD.- Yes, the keyboard is only "good enough" (at times, if not pressed in center, the keys do not register). But just having a full-size keyboard is a big plus. For my setup I'm also using a separate, slim bluetooth keyboard which takes less space, so that's always an option.- The connectors are placed neatly in an inset on the back side of the monitor. Space is tight (this is what makes the monitor so elegant) but this means if you want to use your own mini-HDMI cable you may have the surprise to see it not fit due to the casing of the connector being too thick. Don't try to force it in! Mini HDMIs are generally fragile, I had it break internally in some other monitor. Instead, UPERFECT gives you already all the cables you'd need with the monitor.- There are a bunch of fairly cheap accessories which are completing my on-the-road setup quite well: this case (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P1S3M2H?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) fits the monitor like a glove. This USB-C 180 degrees adapter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099RM5LB3?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) makes the positioning of the monitor on either side of a source in a very clean way.

Peace of Mind in a Sleek, Light, Crisp Monitor
My business keeps me on the road over 75% of the time. Having a second monitor has totally changed my life. I have the 13.3 version of this monitor. The picture quality and brightness is excellent but probably all monitors with these specs will be similar. What makes this stand out is that it’s so thin and light. I had a different monitor of this size and it was too thick and heavy. This monitor comes with a metal stand but it also comes with a protector. When it’s in the bag the protector covers the screen and adds almost no thickness or weight. When I get to the presentation, I flip it around and it becomes the stand letting them monitor stand like a convertible in tent mode. This past week, I got a new laptop and had some issues getting the laptop to output to the screen using Thunderbolt. It’s great that you get an HDMI to mini-HDMI cable, and that is working for me but I am really interested in making Thunderbolt/USB-C work. It generally doesn’t work when powered by the USB-C cable but that cable is still much more flexible which provides critical space on the table. Spent two hours on the phone with HP and they told me I could return the laptop which has nothing wrong. Contacted the support team for the monitor and within hours they offered to replace the monitor. I’ll update and let you know if it fixes the problem but given the price point of this monitor, that’s amazing service. I considered buying a much more expensive HP monitor; with the amount of time I spend on the road I use this every day and having the right tech is critical to my business. But I reached out to this company because even if HP was giving away their product I know, just by looking at the pictures, it won’t be as perfect for my purposes. If you really want light, thin, great picture and peace of mind that the company stands behind their product, then this is the monitor you should buy.

Beware! Looks good and worked well for a while but the mini HDMI failed
I have had this for 6 months and loved it. The mini HDMI is a fragile port and mine failed. The unit has been kept in it's folding case and a hard case in my backpack but today just stopped working.

Good screen but power is glitchy
I'd recently built an external screen from parts salvaged from an old laptop. It worked, and the usefulness prompted me to look for a proper one . When this went on sale, I picked it up for around $140.Good things: The screen is bright, the form factor is extremely portable (almost exactly the same size as my 13" Dell laptop), and it arrived with all necessary components. I'm using an external USB-C to HDMI adapter to drive it, and there just a minor hit to the CPU.Unfortunately, there were some disappointing items. First, there are two USB-C input connectors. The lower one was for power delivery. The upper one, closer to the video port, was a regular USB-C. It was glitchy however, and would constantly disconnect at the slightest touch. I was also hoping that I could drive the video and the power from a single USB-C, but unfortunately not as it appears to be only for power delivery. The on-device has options for HDMI and DisplayPort but the device doesn't even have a DisplayPort connector. The main downside it needs separate cables for video and power which is annoying. If you purchase an external USB-C hub with a power delivery port, you can at least minimize the connections directly to the laptop. The other cons were the tinny sound and the stand that couldn't keep the device propped up more than about 45 degrees off the table. So, if you do purchase this extra screen, you probably want to add an external tablet stand and a usb-c hub with power delivery and an HDMI port.
