Sony PlayStation 2 Console - Black (Renewed)

I ordered a ps2 from these guys and was super excited to receive it! Been wanting to play my GTA: vice city like crazy! It shipped fast and was packaged very well. Everything went easy installing as always with these consoles. The game played for a minute then stopped reading the disk. So I tried multiple games to make sure it wasn't my disk and sure enough, it wouldn't read at all. I reached out to the company and they accepted my return for a replacement console! I won't be able to ship mine out until tomorrow but they already have my replacement on the way!!! Very professional and very satisfied so far with the process. I'm hoping my replacement works just fine and will update once I get it! No need to make a scene when it comes to refurbished electronics. It is a gamble buying these things but they were quick on replacing it! Thanks guys! Update!!! Got my new one in the mail today and it works PERFECTLY!! So happy they quickly got me a replacement. The controller up and down buttons don't work, but it's okay because I have plenty other working controllers. Y'all are amazing and will recommend you guys to anyone looking for a refurbished console!

Like I'm sure a lot of use old gamers, a refurbished console is a hit or miss. I took a gamble and so far it paid off! It works just like I remembered! It's even reading my original ps2 saves just fine! It was shipped it very protective packaging! Double boxed! The console came pretty dusty, but I'd rather have dust than it not working! Mine will sometimes make a studering sound when I turn it on and off. I did buy a protection plan especially for a refurbished console. Which I would recommend. I'm hoping the sound doesn't develop into something else. But as if right now, it's absolutely perfect for a refurbished old console!

Came with a broken non-functioning fan. Frustrating because if this was really certified refurbished, you would know it was broken just from turning it on once and hearing/seeing the fan spin up. Despite multiple attempts the fan never booted. It also came with a third party controller which felt a bit misleading, but the controller itself did work. First go of it, it ran for 5-10 minutes before overheating and fail-safe shutting down. Dreaded blinking red light. I am returning mine.

Anyone reading this already knows they want one if they don't have one. I gave mine away to a nephew, best friend bought me a replacement and the seller lied about the quality, I used to repair consoles so this wasn't an issue at first, when I took it apart it was filled with dead roaches and they had urinated all over the board ruining it. This prompted me to purchase the one I just received which is in beautiful condition and works flawlessly. I even have a backup disc drive if ever needed. I recommend getting an HDMI to PS2 adapter and making sure you have a good OEM controller. The knockoffs always feel cheaply made.

I had bought this PS2 back in May. The PS2 worked great the clock battery was working, could play both blue disk and regular disk, everything worked. My only complaint is that the seller sold this as saying they fully clean the PS2 but it was very dusty on the inside. Also had to have the seller replace the controller cause one of the buttons was broken it wouldn’t work (sad cause it was an official controller and they replaced with knock off ones) other than that it was as described and in excellent condition

I have been looking for a ps2 for the longest time I want a slim but the one I purchased did not work(Not purchased from this seller). Then I found this seller for the fat boy, I was still unsure but I went for it after reading some of the reviews. There was only 1 bad review, when I got the box and unpacked the console it was beautiful, nearly no scratches on the console itself, the controller had what looked to be a small puppy nibbling on it but nothing to bad. I plugged everything in and to my surprise it worked amazing, my game ran perfect no issues with the console at all no weird noises just the fan being a lil loud but thats to be expected this was worth every penny I spent on it.

Console looks great Not dusty or roughed up any. But it won't Display But either my Display cables are broken The PS2 system settings arnt correct Or the PS2 itself is broke Tried other ps2 AVs that worked and still nothing Idk if this was tested before being shipped or not

I received the 3001 series and all works perfectly. The console is in really good condition. It is a bit dusty and have not opened it yet for hdmi mod, still like I said it functions and looks perfect!

I'll be honest, I was very skeptical about buying a gaming console from Amazon. But I've heard good things about the gaming return policies and quality through Amazon so I went for it. I'm very pleased so far! The console came packaged very well with no damage to the package or the console. The console is clean and works well! The controller is an original controller that also works. Pretty stoked that it all worked out so well!

Es un artículo muy viejo, es verdad. Pero, estaba emocionado porque lo quería, el artículo está “funcionando” pero, el lector se traba, ni sale. Si enciende, si hay imagen, si te interesa hackearla adelante. Se ve funcional pero no está excelente. Entiendo que pues es un artículo que ya no se produce y tiene sus años, lo normal. 😑
