Strictly not recommended
Not at all comfortable. Your nose and ears will be squezed even in Large size and XL..... ordered large size first exchanged with XL size and still problem remains the same.... Returned the product finally and waiting for the refund..... Dont go for it!!!

Nice helmet but studds has ignored some small things like mentioned below
This Helmet is quite comfortable and quite light to carry but the drawback is:1. While detaching the mouth piece, the adjoining button of it, came off and broke easily. I strongly recommend STUDD Co. To make these buttons in iron or sth reliable rather than fragile plastic buttons.2. This Helmet doesn't come with a helmet bag or cover which is very much needed while carrying around. Due to this issues, my front glass screen got many scratches.
