It was a worth buy. Easy to install, instructions were very apt. The most important thing, the technology works, and I receive correct water level indications whenever I want. I recommend this product to everyone.

I have been using the Swarna Jal Indicator (Wireless 2 km range) for the past year, and unfortunately, the product has not met the claims made by the manufacturer. Distance between transmitter to indicator is just 2 floors.Below are the key issues I encountered:1) Transmitter Battery Life: The product claims that the transmitter battery cells will last 1-3 years. However, my experience has been quite different. The battery lasted only 6 months, and after replacing the cells, the new batteries were depleted in just 3 months. Now, I am in the process of replacing the batteries for the third time within a year.3) Difficult Battery Replacement Process: Replacing the transmitter's battery cells proved to be a very cumbersome task, due to lack of proper safety precautions (mentioned in point no.4). It took me approximately one & half hour to replace the batteries, which was inconvenient and inefficient.4) Lack of Safety Precautions:A] There were notable safety concerns inside the transmitter. The battery cells were not secured in a holder; instead, they were simply wrapped in paper.B] Additionally, the three cells were connected by soldering, which requires either a soldering machine or the assistance of an electrician for replacement.C] The electronic chip were poorly secured and left hanging inside the unit, which raises concerns about the overall durability and safety of the product.In conclusion, my experience with the Swarna Jal Indicator has been disappointing, as the product has not lived up to its advertised performance or quality standards.

My water tank is on 5th floor. The bluetooth signal works even the receiver is inside the building and transmiter is inside the tank cover. My tank is concrete tank. Not difficult to install. Also the sound of alaram is good to install in a common area.I m not sure abt d durability. I am using it feom last month only.

I am writing this review after a year of purchasing. Kindly dont buy this devicePro:-Good customer service, they replace the product under warranty (if any issue)Within 5 month my device failed it got replaced.Cons:-After 8 or 9 month later.. transmitter battery gt dead, transmitter stopped blinking. Myself replaced 3 x 2a battery.. again transmitter started blinking but not pairing with receiverI contacted customer support regarding tell me how to pair transmitter and receiver. But they not telling how to do..instead of that they asking paid replacement (transmitter issue)1star because of customer supportNegative 4 star bcoz u need to replace the device within 5 to 1 year1 replacement free of cost under warrantyRest of replacement u need to pay..If u want to buy a device 1 or 1 half year go for it..Long term if you thinking dont buy.. very very very expensive.. changing battery will unpair the device.. u need to change battery within a year.. company will suggest paid replacement.This is scam. Local market 250 rs it gt repair 3 or 4 month.. this device 3000rs it gt repair under warranty they replace. After that paid replacement. Buy local market product alteast we few thousands

Very good product, very very impressive.Bought for 3kms rangeDoes the job perfectly. I was worried to get a new water tank as there was a frequent issue of tank getting empty. This has helped a lot.Thank you for a gem of a product.Worth every penny.

Works like a charm!!

I gave a good rating to this product in the first month.Post which the product starting giving problems. While contacted, they asked me to send the defective product to their address through courier, so that, they would send a new product. This process itself took around a month for the new product to reach me.Now after 6 months, again problem started.While contacted, they asked me again to send defective product, so that they will send new product.This is totally unacceptable.Removing the transmitter, packing along with receiver and sending courier and waiting for weeks to get the new one, all these are absolutely dissatisfactory.And not sure, how long the new product would work as well..This time I'm not going to send the defective product even if this is still under warranty.Just wanted to let us all know this.
