Much better than canned!
I'd never used dried hominy before. although soaking overnight was necessary, and it takes a while to cook, it's worth it! I made chicken pozole, which was delicious!

I order 4 at the same time. I received one, then received two more with one of those packages being open spilling inside the envelope they were delivered in. Am now still waiting on the fourth one to be delivered.
