Imlakesh Organics Cacao Nibs (14oz Metal Jar)

I've cut out added sugar which means giving up chocolate! So I eat 100% cacao nibs instead with dried fruit for my after dinner treat. I've tried a few different brands and Imlak'esh is streets ahead of the rest. I love that it comes in a good size glass jar which I'm definitely going to reuse for spices. Every other brand was in a plastic bag. These nibs are organic, fair trade, sustainably produced AND they taste so fresh, crunchy and darkly delicious! I'm going to stick with Imlak'esh from now on - nothing else came close. So glad I found these on Amazon. By the way - the 3* Sheerness rating is because I don't know what the term means in relation to cacao nibs.

I like nuts, and I have a large collection so I can have a little bit of a lot of different kinds to add to my protein drinks, and to put in (and on) yogurts. I like tiny, crunchy small nuts to put on top. So I tried these nibs. They are not sweet, but they are small, and they are crunchy. I am on my second bottle, so that must tell you something - if you have a thing for nuts, like I do!

These nibs are amazing!! Clean--no husks or hard bits. I bought this from a different company before and the nibs were so hard. I love everything about this company and the wonderful nibs taste. I usually mix them in with my protein shakes. I love having the texture of these nibs. Not too hard, just right. I will buy these again, and again. They are worth the price for sure.

Just got these and can say they're quite tasty, save for a little tanginess (which I'm okay with). The nibs were also huge, which I liked, as I just planned on crunching them straight as an alternative to the regular dark chocolate I usually get*.What I was even more impressed by (and motivated my order over other brands) is that there was no plastic packaging. Amazon threw in some bubble wrap, but I guess that can't really be avoided.Will order again!* Word to the wise, these are NOT sweet but they are very chocolatey.

I love that these are shipped in a glass jar and they taste great. I just came on here to refill my supply and they are out of stock. :( I hope they are brought back very soon!

Cacao Nibs are non-returnable..and they don't have much flavor.Would not buy again.

I have nothing to compare these to as I’ve not had nibs before but I like them.

I expected to have these cacao nibs for a year or more - takes a long time for one person to use this many. To my shock the expiration date is December of this year - 2 months!! I realized that after I opened them and tasted how dry and tasteless they are - then I checked the date. When you go to returns (and it says you can return when you buy) you find it says Item can NOT be returned!!
