Perfect for Crackers
Never did I think I would get excited over a pastry cutter wheel, yet here I am... I regularly bake sourdough starter crackers and make the occasional homemade raviolis, and this cutter has worked perfectly for both. It adds that little extra visual element to your food that makes it feel more professional and fun. The tool is very well made and extremely easy to clean. I recommend this to people all the time!

Amazing tool for cutting dough edges
I do not usually buy gadgets unless I will use them for multiple projects. I am extremely happy I bought this cutter! I just used it to put a pretty edge on some holiday cookies and it worked beautifully. It did not stick to the dough like a pizza cutter does, and the finished effect was beyond what I was hoping for. It rinsed clean quickly, and was very sturdy to use for cutting.

Excellent little gadget!
This litte wheel is perfect! The handle is comfortable, the wheel is nice and sturdy, it doesn’t wobble when you cut, and it’s a super cute little pattern! Definitely glad I made this purchase, and just in time for my cherry pies!

exactly what I was looking for
I wanted a ravioli cutter like my mother had and this one is as close to it as I could find. It works well and is exactly what I needed in my kitchen. It arrived earlier than predicted and was well packaged.

High quality and smooth cutting
I bought this because it was recommended in Cooks Illustrated. I've used it to cut pie dough for a lattice, as well as cutting pastry dough to make a tart. In both cases, the results were tasty and good-looking. The wheel itself is a little hard to clean, since there are so many edges. I really only do this kind of baking around the holidays, so why not have the best-in-class tool for the time of year when I need it?

Pasta/Pastry Cutter is Average
I used this product to cut large sheets of homemade lasagna sheets. The cuts were not very deep but were satisfactory. It is very easy to use but if you want a curlier edge on the pasta or pastry... better to search for one with a wider and deeper cutting edge.
