Save my face vs Flawless Pillow
Tried three products in an attempt to get comfy after some laser face treatments necessitated sleeping with aquaphor on my face: 1) Flawless Face in satin, 2) Save my Face Le Grande in cotton, and 3) Save my Face le Petite in satin. I wouls have chosen all in cotton if I could as I strongly prefer natural fibers.- For all three, I slept on them with a mulberry silk pillowcase (exact same brand each time) zipped around it. I know, it says you can just sleep right on it, but I had a face full of goop!!- The Flawless Face: third place by a long shot for me. It has been filling up my instagram ad feed but I found it the absolute least comfortable. The long “tentacles” of the pillow just got in the way when I was sleeping and I wanted to move them someplace. I think the FF is made for true back sleepers as it’s just too much stuff in my face as a side sleeper. It also didn’t actually leave my face untouched - the tentacles touched my cheeks and were actually worse in that aspect than just folding the edge of my standard pillow when sleeping. Add to that fact that it’s two hundred bucks and I felt very grumpy when I couldn’t sleep well on it.- Save my Face Le Grande was by far and away my fave. As a true side sleeper this pillow actually doesn’t touch a single part of my face - when you follow directions and put your ear in the crescent, only your hair line is on the pillow. I slept very soundly right away. I also love that this comes in cotton.- Save my Face Le Petite: second place winner for me. I like that this is so portable and simple. And just like the le grande size it keeps my head off the pillow fabric without tentacles in my face. But it wasn’t quite as easy to get into the “right” spot and have it stay there so that made it second place for me. I could see myself traveling with the Le Petit though and for the cost I wouldn’t cry myself to sleep if it ripped or was lost.

Noticed improvement in wrinkles quickly! Very comfy!
I’m so impressed with what a difference this has made on my mouth wrinkles! I noticed a change within two nights of sleeping on it. The pillow is a nice shape and works well while protecting your face, regardless of which way you turn it! It’s super comfy as well!

Does what it says but not worth the ridiculous price tag
I have been using a $10 dollar neck pillow (the 'u' shaped kind) turned sideways for years to accomplish the same thing this does. For the price, I thought this pillow would be something much better...however, it's nothing more than a small, shaped pillow with no special kind of fill, extra cover or anything that justifies the huge price tag. It really bothers me when companies price gouge for products like this. There's no reason it should be so expensive. The pillow is fine and does the what it says it will do....but the price is outrageous for what you're actually getting. To add insult to injury, from reviews I've read indicate these pillows smash down fairly quickly and get lumpy after washing a few times. I'm probably going to send it back. If the price ever gets more reasonable, I may buy one down the road. A 'u' shaped neck pillow turned on it's side does the exact same thing for a lot less money.

Satin feels sleazy.
Love the pillow, it’s my second one, but HATE the satin pillow cover. Feels the opposite of description, sticks to night cream, yuck.

Seems cheaply made for the price
I love the concept of this pillow, but the one I received was not the stick and slide that I ordered (with a grippier side to place on top of your existing pillow). They sent me the all satin case by mistake. I am not a fan of synthetic polyester satin. It doesn't breathe well. I prefer real silk, or cotton. After seeing the pillow in person, I just can't justify paying $95 for this pillow in silk. It's filled with a basic poly fill. It's pretty thin, which is fine with me, I just didn't like the fabric of the pillowcase and the quality of the fill.

A Game-Changer
Even though I was already sleeping on a satin pillow case for the past several years, recently I bought one of these pillows because as a side-sleeper I get a little claustrophobic if my face is buried too far in the pillow.Aside from entirely alleviating that problem, I’ve been shocked by how different my face actually looks in the mornings: my skin is smooth and glowing, never puffy or creased like it used to be…it’s made a dramatic difference.

Nice pillow
Quality product but too big for me personally especially on top of my thin pillow and not comfortable on its own. Maybe given time could have gotten used to it. I am also a stomach/side sleeper and that may have also affected my decision.
