Bechtle Traditional German Egg Pasta -Spaetzle Farmer Style (17.6 oz)

Bechtle everything are my favorite noodles. I use them in a variety of ways. Soups, stews........ No other noodles compare with Bechtel.

This is my absolute favorite brand of pasta/spaetzle!!! The texture is perfect and so easy to use.

Just what I ordered

This pasta makes all the difference in my home made chicken noodle soup. Just have not been able to find in the local grocery stores.

Convenient if you don't want to make homemade spaetzle.

Spaetzle is very good, and we can't seem to locate this brand locally, but there is some you can probably find at most grocers that is not bad. If you like it, it is quite simple to make fresh at home! Try a small batch first, use the www for ideas. Hint, it seems a colander with larger round holes works pretty well for getting a good sized Spaeztle. Comes to mind Amazon likely has a specialized impliment for making Spaetzle, but a colander is probably cheaper, if I find out I will update. We like to add local natural butter and good Swiss cheese to ours, but you can get creative. Carmelized onion and/or garlic, real bacon (the kind YOU cook), or you can add it to some other dish. BOOM. Send me some money, I could use some. Read my other reviews, it may pay off for you. More to come.
