Good quality air gap faucet, sturdy, works great with my Watts RO Pure Plus, quiet operation
The media could not be loaded. Good quality air gap faucet, sturdy, works great with my Watts RO Pure Plus purchased in 2013.My second watts faucet cost about the same price but it only works for less than two years. When I turn the drainer the entire faucet moves from the base and start to leak. Also very noisy when producing water. The screws inside the faucet rust. This one Works way better and smarter design than the original watts faucet. Quiet when producing water.

Quiet, smooth operation
Nice clean design, solid construction. Good finish. Installation under sink difficult to reach small fastening nut required a special open end wrench which may have caused a few expletives to leave my mouth. In the end I am very happy with the product and would recommend it. Much better than the other similar products that I have installed.

High-quality, attractive faucet
I found this faucet to be a little easier to install than the other two AG faucets I've used. The installation hardware is easier to reach with a faucet wrench, and it seemed to lock into place a lot more firmly than others. The look and build-quality of this faucet are fantastic, this does not feel like a cheap plated faucet. The handle moves smoothly and does not wiggle. The faucet arm itself locks into the base firmly and also does not wobble. As with most air-gap faucets, it can be noisy if your entire system isn't installed correctly or if the drain line gets any kind of build-up in it. For the most part though, I found this faucet less sensitive than others. In general, it operates silently.I would recommend this faucet over anything below its price, the value-added on top of 50-75 dollar faucets is absolutely worth the cost.

Wife installed faucet
Wife here... I removed an old whirlpool faucet as it had corroded. Took about 2 hours start to finish installing the new one. It was a little difficult doing it alone but still got the job done without help. The only thing extra I had to do is purchase a reducing coupler. The existing 3/8” RO water line coming from the WHER 25 RO system, I attached the coupler which was 3/8 on one side and 1/4” on the other. Snapped both ends in. Flushed system a couple of times. Faucet works and looks beautiful!UPDATE:Wifey here again. My husband and I installed an IKEA kitchen ourselves (Cabinets, faucets, handles, garbage disposal) in 2019). So the RO faucet needed to be undone and reinstalled again, which was a breeze! We just love this RO faucet still!

High quality
I bought this product for my kitchen renovation. I installed it myself without any experience. The product is made of high-quality materials. Sturdy. The handle operation is very smooth. The arc pivots smoothly. Impressive. My only issue on installation was the reverse osmosis hose was larger than the hose supplied by this equipment. I called the company. I had to wait on hold for much too long, but I eventually got one of their technicians that was able to talk me through how to connect the two pieces. I just went down to the local builders warehouse and picked up the connector part. Very slick and easy to do.

Kingston Brass does not stand by their 10yr warranty.
Purchased in April 2021 and unit started to leak internally after only 2 1/2 months. Warped cabinets from the leak and no it was not the tubing as I had the unit inspected. Unit says it has a 10yr warranty. Called Kingston Brass and they told me they would replace it but I had to send an e-mail with receipt. The response I got back was from my email with receipt was to contact Amazon. What does Amazon have to do with Kingston Brass 10yr warranty....absolutely nothing. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM KINGSTON BRASS THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY AND WHEN SOMETHING IS DAMAGED CALL YOUR INSURANCE TO SUE KINGSTON BRASS.

Incorrect instructions- not acceptable in this price point
It’s an attractive faucet but for the price, it should really include all the tubing necessary. If not only for the cost, then for the confusion in the instructions. Unboxed and was prepared to install today. I read the instructions thoroughly (a few very short steps and a diagram) and although I was disappointed that the brine inlet and outlet did not come with pre connected tubing, the instructions stated that you need 1/4 inch tubing for the brine inlet AND outlet. My reverse osmosis system came with these so no big deal (I thought). Upon starting the project (everything laid out on the counter, soap dispenser uninstalled to make use of the hole, drain saddle drilled) I realized that the brine outlet needs a 3/8 tube. I should’ve checked myself when I read the instructions because I remember seeing faucets when shopping around that did come with the connections and all had both 1/4 and 3/8 tubing. So, now the project cannot be completed for another few days while I get to the store. And my sink area is in disarray. Mostly annoying again, because of the price point of this item. At the very least, instructions NEED to be amended.

Good Value and Style
We bought this Kingston Brass KSAG8198DL Concord Filtration Water Air Gap Faucet, Brushed Nickel for our Reverse Osmosis water system. We had a licensed plumber install it. It has now been several weeks and we still hear the water gurgling noise from the air gap area, and so we don't know if this is good or bad. Our previous Reverse Osmosis faucet did not make this gurgling noise after the water was dispensed, and so I may contact the manufacturer to figure this issue out, otherwise the unit, its looks, its water dispensing capabilities, etc., are all fine.
