Taking this for 2 weeks my resting heart rate started to get down to a normal range and my blood pressure is finally back to normal. I also don't have my heart beat intensily before I go to bed anymore. This is basically a 90 day supply for 20 dollars - amazing price.

This product has great ingredients; ingredients that work for me. I didn't want to believe it at first but for the first time in a while, my blood pressure is finally normal. I am still taking a BP pill, but I was able to go from two to one and maintain BP normalcy. This was not the first product I have used (with great reviews) but the one that works for me. Choose a product that works for you, don't settle based off of reviews alone (if it's not working) because everyone's body is different.I believe it takes at least a month of consistently using a product before you can claim the product as good for your body.

If you aren’t looking to spend a whole lot, but, need a supplemental vitamin regiment to help your blood pressure, this isn’t a bad option. I skipped my bp meds one day, and this stuff actually kept my blood pressure down after so long of taking it. Beware if you are going to a big meeting though, these things make your breath smell like you just ate sometimes. Good find

Didn’t work for me.

I am on my second bottle and the result is amazing. Even my doc congratulated me on my blood pressure today (described it as the BP of a healthy 18 year old (I m an old lady)). My BP had been elevated for years. I am beyond happy. Worth every penny

I like taking natural remedies for health situations. Unlike pharmaceuticals, it does take longer to see results. I just started taking these a few weeks ago, so it may take some time. I recently started taking high blood pressure meds which I had tried to control on my own, but it got too high to put off any longer. I'm hoping that I can get it under control and get off the meds. I don't like the side effects. There are no negative side effects on these natural pills. I will continue to use these along with my medication.

I've been taking this consistently for about a month now - no bad tastes, easy to swallow, and I feel that it's helping my blood pressure.
