Universal (Left/Right) : NatraCure Hot/Cold & Compression Shoulder Support 6032 - (Left/Right Shoulder)

I bought this in preparation for my recent labrum repair surgery as I didn’t want to have to hold ice packs in place all day. For the most part, this ice pack is great. I really like the compression feature that allows the ice to be stable and snug in place. It also stays cold for a decent amount of time. The cross body strap is soft and large.My issues were overall size and barrier between the ice pack itself and the skin. Im athletically built in shoulders but on the shorter side (5’4”) and this takes up most of my arm. On the male model the base sits nicely in the crook of his elbow but on me it sits well past that on my forearm. It’s makes it a little awkward to sit with. I may have missed if there were specific sizes available.It’s also a little challenging to get up snuggly on the deltoid so I would suggest you practice a bit prior to surgery if you’ll be doing this alone. I had help the first few days but can do it easily myself now. The manual also shows a round knob near the pressure valve that you can hold to pull the sleeve up and mine does not have that feature. It would be invaluable to help pull the sleeve up.Also, having to cut a piece of fabric or use a pillow case to serve as a barrier between the ice pack and skin is a pain. It would be nice if the ice pack came with a thin cover.Ultimately, I would still recommend this cuff based on the compression feature alone. It’s been my favorite ice pack so far in the post-surgery healing process.

I bought this for my husband and it is really helping him. He has constant pain in his shoulder from work and this offers support and the ice/hot pack and "pump it up compression" is a bonus feature. It stabilizes his shoulder well and offers instant pain relief. I am really impressed with the quality of workmanship of this the shoulder support and ice/hot pack, it is well worth the money. I would highly recommend this to anyone having shoulder problems. The fit is good too and will fit people of average stature to bigger people. The strap is long and is comfortable to wear. The only con is the person wearing it needs help putting it on. Very impressed!

Great product. Suffering from unbearable pain from a rotator cuff injury and this really helps....Although the ice pack will never be as cold as ice itself, it does really help with the assistance of the inflation pump as it adds that required pressure to the shoulder. Quite difficult to tighten to arm without assistance from another (injury dependant) not even with a loose fitting, the product is the best of its kind.
