Positives first:1. Looks amazing has an amazing glow to it2. Very good price3. Relatively easy to hang the crystalsNegatives1. Not easy to install had to pay an extra £70 to get an electrician in2. Not good quality screws or real plugs3. Needs to redesign their instructions and adding more languages would help as my partner is not an English speaker and more Eastern European languages in the instructions would vastly help

Loved my new chandelier, bit fiddly to put together, but was worth it.

This item needs to be put together yourself, it doesn't come ready made, as I was expecting. It is extremely fiddly to attach all the crystals to the chrome plate, I think there were over 200 to hang on the two that I bought. They are easy to put up, once this has been done and look very attractive. The mistake I made is that I didn't know you could buy different types of LED lights and I brought a very bright white bulb which looked dreadful at night, it was so cold looking and the room wasn't feeling very light even though it had bright bulbs. So I have since bought some new soft warm LED bulbs and it now looks nice. So be warned, you will need to buy the bulbs yourself, they don't come with this item, so check what type you buy carefully.

Arrived quickly and well packaged.Instructions say put on crystals before securing to base. If you did this it would be heavy and crystals would be in the way.I secured base then wired main unit and attached to base. Add bulbs and test. Then spend a good hour putting on Crystal's starting in middle. Each one is held by small keyring wire loop. I soon found it easier to stretch loop so there was a small gap so you can put on with one hand. Headtorch helped with visibility on top of stepladder.Worth the effort

Fairly easy to be installed if you have up to date wiring. If you have an older property, get advise on attaching the fitment. I would get some cloth gloves to wear whilst fitting if you dont want the chrome covered in fingerprints. Hanging the 102 strands of Crystals was a bit of a chore, easier if you have someone passing them to you.i chose the 4 light fitting & bought the cool white bulbs, it looks so beautiful in situ, also looks way more expensive than the £37.00 i paid.Only down side is that 1 crystal teardrop missing from a strand. You get a few spare round & square crystals but sods law not a spare of the one we need. Definitely a thumbs up purchase

Was a little bit fiddly to put the crystals on. Soon get the knack to it though. So worth the effort. Stunning!
