Currently 178lbs & 32inch waist at 6 months PP after gaining 100+lbs during pregnancy. Used a Large from around 200lbs until now (picture is my fit today- too loose now and loosely wearing size 8 pants without wearing waist trainer. Can easily fit in a size 6 while wearing it). I bought a large being new to waist training and think I should’ve gone with a medium to begin with. It still has helped me with back pain, lose a couple inches, and fit into smaller pants both with it on and after wearing it for a few hours here and there. I got these results while exercising only intermittently, and not reducing caloric intake while being a busy working mom of 5 kids. Size down to get snatched af. Stay true to size for slight shaping and back pain reduction and you still might lose a few inches like myself. I’ve worn this while working, exercising, and even while riding motorcycles. So it’s easy to wear and not uncomfortable to do daily tasks in easily. Very comfortable if staying true to your waist size. Size down and it will be tiiight but girl you’ll be fitting in them small jeans again!! Buy now, don’t even give it a second thought. You deserve to feel good about yourself. Throw that mom guilt about spending money on yourself out the dang window! This is only a small amount of money for improved confidence, results, and reduced back pain! I love it!!! True to size (I wear a medium PINK/alo and got a medium in this is was perfect)I took a pic to show you the difference real time, it has 2 "wings" to pull across your tummy for that cinch look and omg does it! Look at my left side (didn't pull it yet) then my right side pulled 😍 the hour glass shape it creates is shocking and it gives crazy back support, consistently correcting my posture and not making me feel like I cant breathe, I take big breaths no problem w it yet it looks like I have a crazy corset on 😆LOVE THIS!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET BUYING!*cannot speak to how it washes or lasts only washed 1× air dried so far so good, had about 2 wks and have used it multiple times, the velcro is just as strong as 1st use.BUT very important you get your correct size, you can't be a Med, get a small and be mad when the velcro pop 🤔

This is a great product! The material is soft but firm to hold in place. It has amazing Velcro. I have lower back problems and this helped. It doesn’t feel too restrictive and does its job.

I absolutely love this waist trainer. I wear it during the day until bed time. It really helps with my posture and to not over eat. There’s no smell to it. It’s easy to clean you just wipe it down and then let it air dry. It seems very durable and holds in place it doesn’t fold like others I’ve used before. There is no zipper which I really like. I always felt like zipper waist trainers break so easily. I love this one and definitely plan to get more in the future!

The fabric material was thick quality but very stretchy. I was able to adjust the size to my likings and it was very durable. My posture is usually pretty bad but wearing the waist trainer helped me sit up better since the waist trainer still holds in place when you sit down. Since it is a waist trainer, it would feel a bit uncomfortable wearing it the whole day, but overall, I would recommend this for people who are looking a good quality and comfortable waist trainer.

I bought this to keep swelling down in my stomach after surgery, and I'm very pleased with the results (along with compression socks and lots of walking). I like that I can adjust the position on my stomach with the main closure (so I can keep it from digging into the bottom of my chest) and the two side straps have plenty of stretch for any adjustment. The material is a little smelly at first, but it looks like it will last. These things also get a little warm, so I'm cycling on/off for a couple of hours every day.

I’m honestly impressed with this waist trainer. It gives great support, helps with posture, and really enhances my curves under clothes. The material is high-quality, breathable, and doesn’t dig into my skin, even after wearing it for hours. I love how adjustable it is, making it easy to tighten or loosen as needed throughout the day. Whether I’m working out or just running errands, it stays in place and keeps me feeling snatched! Definitely worth the investment.

It feels good on, better than a back support. But it still shows thru the clothes.
