YES, it WORKS! And it deserves FIVE STARS! :)
I purchased this to help manage my persistent nausea from long term medication - I wanted to reduce the number of relief medications I had to take to manage side effects. Out of the box, the device was easy to understand, and the functions are intuitive; just like every Bluetooth earbud I've worn, one tap is up, two taps is down. You can also hit one tap slowly and repeatedly to get all the way to the top intensity, and then it cycles back to the lowest setting. It comes with two wristbands, and the one already installed is comfortably sized. I want to point out that the kit comes with TWO chargers, which is generously intelligent by the company, as it's a specialized charger and you can't pick one up at the gas station if you forget yours at home while travelling. As a standard watch-style function, it is of course very portable. To start, it is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. This is a great thing, as I work with computers and having a large bracelet at the bend in my wrist would make it very difficult to type. The band closure may seem difficult to use, but it's extremely well-designed and has stayed on through sleeping, playtime with my dog, and general life and household chores for 20 hours straight without needing adjustment or re-closure.If you're like me, you want to know what each of the lights mean and what flashes mean and similar. I didn't see it anywhere in any of the instruction manuals, videos, or reviews, so I'll tell you here: the lights will flash every three seconds while it's in use, showing you the intensity level it's set at. When I first got it, I thought it was an error alert, but it's simply it alerting you to the device's status.I waffled between a 4 star and 5 star rating for one reason: whether it's just me or normal, it's very difficult to get it in the sweet spot for effective use. I thought it wasn't working the first five minutes I had it on then I shifted it and AH! There's the electrical stimulation! I decided on a 5 star review because it is a lot easier to get it to that sweet spot every time I need it; I'm learning where is the best placement on my body. That's not a fault of the design.I have worn it since I received it except to charge (mine came practically fully charged, which my stomach was thankful for), and have used it repetitively and for extended periods of time. I can tell a definite difference in my body's nausea response to my medications. Instead of my mouth watering, and not in the good way, when I think of food, I actually feel like I can eat something and keep it down. This is a HUGE breakthrough in my health. My meds already wreak havoc, so I need to keep up my strength. I'm so thankful I can do so easily and without even more medication! It lasts all day at minimum even with my excessive use, and charges fully in the time it takes me to shower and do a load of clothes. This means I don't have to go without it for any extended time.In the interest of transparency, I've had the device for 24 hours. I've worn it for 20 and used it for 16 of those 24 hours. I am not normally one to write long, rambling reviews, but given how pervasive my nausea is and how much hope I had with this device, I couldn't stay silent. It is really incredible! I am also a lifelong sufferer of severe motion sickness, and I'm so excited to let someone else drive the car for a change, to play VR games with my kids, and maybe even read on a trip!I wish I'd had enough money to get the more expensive version, as I really need the waterproof feature to keep living my life without fear of damaging the one thing keeping my from vomiting at any moment, but I'm so thankful for this device and how it's already significantly improved my standard of living.TL;DR: Great value for the money, it DOES work, have patience finding the right location on your wrist, battery life is VERY good, band stays clasped, and it comes with TWO of their proprietary charging cables. FIVE STARS!

Stop Your Motion Sickness Forever
I have had motion sickness since childhood. Getting worse as I get older. Used to be able to cruise on large ships with meclizine, acupressure bands or scopolamine patches. All worked somewhat at first but eventually not at all. Couldn’t drive in the backseat of a car or anywhere but the first row in a bus. Then last year I tried out Wat Medical’s Emeterm Fashion band. A godsend. Since buying the unit we have travelled to Iceland and SE Asia. Many flights, cars, buses, trains and boats. The only issue I had was getting sick for 6 hours from the limo ride from the airport to Reyjakvik. I forgot to put the band on.So, I don’t know if it will work for everyone, but I will not be without again. I bought another one this week because I don’t want to risk not having it work. My only issue was the strap on the original Fashion model was a little insecure. They have fixed that with the Jet Black version and the other models available. Replacement bands are available on Amazon with the better system.Totally worth the price.GS

Couldn't Wear Due To Shocking Feeling In Hand!!
I actually read the reviews on this product very well before purchasing 2 bands. I read one review that mentioned the "shocking sensation" in the hand/fingers. I saw one video that showed the reaction of their finger when the electric current was sent. The video also advised that if you put it on a lower setting that it would go away. The video also advised that over time it got better. This was not the case for me! My son and I put these on at the airport 30 minutes before our flight. He felt the feeling of a "sleepy hand" on higher settings, not on the lowest one! Whereas, I was on the lowest setting and my fingers would literally curl every time it went off. I decided to read a bit more on this item and it states to put more gel on the area to avoid this feeling... So I put A LOT of gel on my wrist... with no relief.. i even loosened it, with no relieve.. i moved it around & no relief.... It got to the point where i found myself sitting there trying not to move my arm, that's when i finally took it off. It didn't even last 30 minutes for me! My 18 year old son, on the other hand, lasted about 30 minutes! He had to remove it as well, as the gel started to dry he would feel the "sleeping sensation" through his hand!I had high hopes for this!! But it absolutely does not work :-(

Actually works
I notoriously get so uncomfortably nauseous during any car ride but especially from Manhattan to jfk or Newark airport. It is tragic. However I think this device has changed the game for me!!

Helps keep you from puking
I get motion sickness on most rides, especially the virtual ones at Universal Parks. The first day, I did great with wearing the band. Still felt a little nauseous and had to look away or close my eyes, but after the ride, the sickness went away. The second day, was a different story. Did 2 rides back to back and couldn't get thru the Forbidden journey ride without really feeling awful. Think closing my eyes made it worse. Both my sister and i, who was wearing sea bands, couldn't go on anymore rides for hours. I think that without this band, I may have puked. Also I used to get migraines a lot, but for the last couple years, I rarely get them. Last month I got one that made me very nauseous, so I put the band on and within minutes that feeling went away.

Worth a try
I take GLP -1 meds and this nausea band has been a game changer for getting me through the side effects. I highly recommend if you struggle with nausea chronically or just on certain occasions, this band helped me tremendously. It's quality is worth noting. It does seem sturdy overall. I've worn it EVER DAY since purchasing and it's still in great shape. The band is a bit rubbery and a little awkward to put on, but after the first time or two, it became as easy as any other bracelet or watch. It is discreet, looking like any other device you might wear, and I could still wear my bracelets too.
