Pretty darn handy, once you know how to use it
There is a learning curve to get to know this tool, but it does a lot of things very well. It makes antenna evaluation and tuning very quick & easy.

This is really a neat device
Dang it is small for old eyes. I have only used it in my 'shack' so cannot comment about outside visibility. I have a Diamond 5 band trap antenna and wanted to tweak the radials a tad. There is a menu print out in the box but nothing else. I had already downloaded a couple of how to documents. Both documents commented that there are several versions of the Nano so your screen may look slightly different,I played with it a couple of hours before connecting my antenna (remember to get the adapters if using the vhf 259 type connectors). It was intimidating at first but after running through a SWR set up a couple of times, it started to make sense.I had three bands to set up so used the same trace and changed the frequency range. You have to recalibrate when changing frequency so really not a big deal. You can save four traces. The recalibration is simple. Takes maybe two minutes but if you don't do it, a doubt your readings will be accurate. To me, it is well worth the cost.

Complicated But Works.
I am a ham radio operator and I bought this to be able to sweep my antennas to guage performance. I'm a pretty technical guy. I'm an engineer for a small university and this NanoVNA is a very complicated piece of equipment and the wiki is not really that great at explaining how and what to do with it right out of the box. I finally found an online video that showed step by step how to get started. From their it started to make a little more sense. As far as the machine itself, it seems to be able to do exactly what it is advertised to do. It will also do a whole lot of things that I probably do not need it to do, but may learn about as I use it more. The ability to connect it to a bigger screen is a definite plus. You can run it from the face but those letters and numbers are tiny! Supposedly there is also a phone app, but as of the writing of this review I have not tried this yet.One big drawback I am learning about is the fact that you must re-calibrate the device any time you change frequencies to measure. Although this is not a hard process, it is a little cumbersome with tiny little sma connectors. I would also suggest some kind of carrying case. The box the device comes in is very nice, but it does not keep all the parts in their respective places and if you ever drop the box pieces are going to go everywhere. Synopsis... I think this will be a great piece of equipment for me in the long run. In the short term it has a pretty steep learning curve.

Worked as great as a several hundred dollar test intrument.
Love the size, ease of use and price. I have worked in the electronics field all of my life and this things is better than many more expensive units I have used.

much better than an SWR bridge
if you want to actually see what the SWR curve actually looks like, this is the best product vs an SWR/Watt Meter if your transmitter is working. Also, you can find shorts in transmission lines, too.As the saying goes, in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king!

Great for Ham Radio Antenna setup
Though the learning curve is a bit steep, this is a great tool for testing and setting up ham radio antennas.A good value as it is considerably less expensive than most of the antenna analyzers on the market.

Awesome product
My first antenna analyzer. And price makes this a bargainYes it requires a huge learning curve. No directions included, but YouTube videos will save youEven great for checking coax qualityNot having a $500.00 analyzer doing nothing between uses is terrific, this VNA does the job!Be patient with yourself setting this unit up, i had to reset things after messing up but it works a treat when you get it rightHighly recommend
