Time saver
We use it in a ceiling light grid, and it prevents us from needing to re-run cables back and forth when adding and removing lights. Just adding the adapter in-line prevents the need to re-route the cables, and it saves us lots of time and effort.

You would not imagine how hard it was to find this 5-pin to 5-pin cable. Our lights went down at school only 5 days before the show.
