This Denman Curl Defining Brush is very easy to keep clean from hair gel provided that instantly after use, the brush head is placed in a container and completely submerged in it with water and three to four drops of dish soap. It must be left in this solution for at least five minutes so that all of the gel gets completely removed and doesn’t dry onto it. This brush has a high quality thickness to it. Its size makes it easy to handle and use provided my hand isn’t slippery with hair product on it. When trying to remove every other row of the bristles, however, the design of the brush makes doing so difficult. At least based on this fact I can tell the brush has a lot of durability. Considering all of the thought that went into designing this brush for its intended use, I think this brush is a good value for the money I paid for it.

These are great for my 2B curly hair and I use them during and after a wash. I also use the little one to brush out my long haired cat because it is easy on him and he doesn’t seem to mind it like other pet hair brushes.

Unlike any other brush. I had a yellow one and I lost it , so I bought one at a local Walmart that was similar design but it just did not work the same.

I prefer the wider flat brush. This would be great for short hair.

I was initially drawn to this brand because Denman is a family name. I’m so glad I bought this! It works really well in my thick, curly hair. The bristles of other brushes tend to bend as I brush with them but this brush stays straight and glides through all my hair. My only wish is it came in an emerald green color.

I like this brush for my fine, thin, curly/wavy hair. It is gentle and glides through without snapping strands or pulling out hair. Using it with a blowdryer gives lift, curl and body. The bristles are not sharp, but are sturdy, and the handle is comfortable to grip. I ordered several other styles of brushes from this brand and I like all of them. I no longer have scary amounts of hair falling to the floor or collecting in a brush every morning. Very pleased with all the brushes.

The brush was delivered quickly. This is my second time buying this brush because my husband ended up loving it so much he took mine. I am happy to have one again for my curls.

Finding a good brush for curly hair can be a struggle, but the Denman Brush truly lives up to the hype. I’ve heard great things about it, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. It’s a great value detangles effortlessly without being too harsh, and leaves my curls defined and looking amazing.
