Love it! Sturdy and reliable.
I sprung the extra $.50 for the purple one, and I love it. I've used Dexter's in prep kitchens, so I knew that it would be a reliable addition to my kitchen. I like that the blade is bolted on and not riveted because my old one from another brand popped the rivet mid cut and left me in a bind. Plus it's super sharp, and the big wheel gives it some real cutting power. 5 stars for sure.
