Dyson Remote Control (White) for TP04 Pure Cool Purifying Fan, Part No. 969154-02

Expensive to have to replace but works. I’ve now got the app on my phone

I purchased this for my Dyson TP04, which it claims to work for but it did not. I have two dogs and one got a hold of our original remote and chewed it up. Dyson is out of stock of the remote and they haven’t restocked it in over a year. Unfortunately, I missed the return window on this item.

My husband purchased this remote to replace one the dog chewed up. Thought he was buying from Dyson, but it’s actually someone else selling them. Didn’t work, so we sent it back. Got charged a 10% restocking fee.

Very expensive for a simple remote, but I bought the Dyson brand reading that it was necessary to ensure proper functionality - but it came with no instructions, and didnt work, even after replacing the battery. Not recommended
