With seemingly endless shortages in the supermarkets, I decided to buy cardamom pods online. I’m pleased that I did! You can’t make a decent curry without them. Full of flavour and aromatic, they really do make the meal. Note though that it’s important to store cardamom pods in an airtight container. Very good value for money and a quality spice.
