Got this for mom because she wanted a rice cooker but this offered more possibilities. Been a great decision because it is so versatile and easy to use. It keeps the food warm for hours and there's even a heating function in case you want it steaming. So far, we have cooked a few gravy dishes and even a whole chicken. The build quality is superb and it's so easy to clean as well.

Since I am moving to Uk, I needed something that can help me with the cooking. This pot is a the best buy for me for far.For a guy like me who never boiled a water on stove turned out to be a good cook with the help of this pot.Totally loving the experience so far. Hoping the best for the upcoming days!

Reviewing after 6 months of usage. Excellent product especially for working people who don't have too much time to sit and cook. Pretty easy to cook dowhes now. However one thing to note is the recipe book provided is not really useful. But many recipies can be found online so not really a big issue.The cooker itself works very well and fairly easy to clean.Delivery was a bit disappointing as product came with dents, however these are only cosmetic, do not affect the safety of the device.Overall good product to buy in case you are working professional and want to have healthy home food.

I bought the Crock- pot on 12April 2021 on Amazon . The product delivered was badly scratched & damaged so I got a replacement. The replaced product has stopped working completely today 11 May 2021. Did not work for even a month. Amazon has washed its hands off as it is past the replacement period. No contact number of seller available and the complaint details have to be filed with the company directly. Regret buying the original crock-pot in India. Should have bought an Indian brand.

Easy to use, programmable electric pressure cooker. The sauté function is very useful for adapting Indian dishes to this electric pressure cooker. Rice dishes such as pulavs and biryanis are perfectly cooked. The only minor niggle I have is that the gasket is not easy to remove and clean. In fact, since I have had the cooker only for a few days, I have not yet attempted to remove the gasket. Perhaps there is a trick to it, and I just don’t know it. All in all, very happy with the purchase. It is a boon for people who don’t have a gas cylinder or an induction cooktop , and hence cannot use a conventional pressure cooker.

The preset functions are useful. I have tried non vegetarian slow cooking, great results. Could have been better if Indian cooking recepie book is included, like dum biryani etc. Find great value for money. Unsure if electronics conks off, how do I get that repaired? It's a made in China product, without Indian distributor I think.

Hands down the best thing I have invested in for the home! I put the ingredients in push start and can go out for exercise and come home to dinner ready. It also does not add heat to the kitchen so for summer cooking it’s the BEST!
