GoFitGF-EAW Extreme Ab Wheel

The gadget was delivered very promptly. In fact before the expected time.The items comes dis-assembled. But the instructions are excellenmt and easy to understand and I was able to assemble the same in less than 5 minutes.The gadget is very sturdy and good for even heavy folks.But I should also add, that this is not for everyone. This is meant for serious athletes and enthusiasts. Defenilty not for a beginner.

When I say I like this wheel, then you know I am slightly telling an untruth, I hate the exercises, but the wheel itself is excellent. I go to a cross-fit gym and this ab wheel is better than the ones they have. One thing I like about the go fit version is that it has a wide grip for your hands, I feel it relieves the stress from my wrists that models with thinner foot/hand bars don't.

It looks heavy duty, but made of cheap materials. Screws keep falling out with use. Put it on it's side to tighten screws again, the plastic on the side breaks. JUST NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I purchased this Ab wheel for my husband's birthday, but I find that I use this equipment as well. The size of the wheel and the shape of the handles makes using this easier to use than I have experienced with other Ab wheels. However, that being said; my abs definitely feel the results of using this wheel. I started off with 10 reps and have increased the reps over time. I can highly recommend this product.

I was really looking forward for this product and had it in my cart for a several months before I pulled the trigger. The price didn't fluctuate at all.The only reason I wanted this was to do hand walks with my feet in this setup. It's an excellent core and upper body workout.Now here's what I like and don't like about this product.Pros- Appears to be well made (mostly plastic)Cons:Too heavy.I was hoping the wheel has rubber tires. But it's hard plastic. If you have hardwood floors, it it's going to damage it. In that case, you need to use it strictly outdoors. It will work on carpets.Velcro attachment doesn't keep the foot secure. If wear a 8.5 in mens and if you have bigger shoes, you may not have enough Velcro left to properly secure your feet. So that's a design flaw.Overall, depending on what you want to get out of this, it may or may not be worth it. For my purposes it's not..

I use this product for ab exercises. It works great. The booklet that is included helps you to experiment with different ab exercises. Opportunities for improvement with this product would be related to the manufacturing and assembly. I have purchased two of these ab wheels and in both cases there was something wrong with the assembly. In my first purchase, one of the four screws required for assembly did not screw into the tap. The tap was damaged for some reason. In my second purchase, the two taps on one side of handles were misaligned, so i had to drill out the plastic hole in the pedal to line them up. This ab wheel is getting more and more pricey; to protect the product's reputation as a great product, GO FIT needs to improve the quality of manufacturing. Also, the velcro tends to wear out over time. I am willing to pay $50 for this product if the manufcaturing is fixed and the velcro straps are reinforced with some sort of secure clips/snaps/straps.

Live it. I use it to strengthen my abs and core.

Couldn't put together all the way as the plastic is too long and covers the second screw hole set that lets you attach the ankle strap. Had to get it freaking ground down
