Great remover
Great stuff but sadly didn’t fix my problem with counter. That’s a Home Depot problem.

Works, but takes scrubbing
This product works, but there was no miracles. It was still a lot of work to get grout sealer off my shower backsplash. The back splash is shiny ceramic tile and travertine and marble mosaic. The product didn't work at first following the instructions on the back. Letting it sit for 5 min was not enough. I let sit for 20 with the second application. Then rubbing with a sponge and some water did the job. To remove the product, I used Cerama Bryte (can also use Pink Stuff, just as good.)I tried removing the sealant using just Cerama Bryte at first, but that did not work. So using the Residue Remover or some sort of equivalent sealer remover is a must. Still takes hours of work. One thing I was happy about is that it didn't take away the shine from ceramic tile and stone mosaic.

This stuff was AMAZING
I can't say enough nice things about this Residue Remover! I have trouble being on my knees but I had painstakingly used a small bottle to seal all of the grout in our new floor. The sealant is thin as water and although I was being careful, the 2nd step was to wipe up the excess after 5 minutes. I did this but I guess I didn't change the cloth often enough. The tiles ended up a sticky mess! While waiting for this product to come in, I had placed the remaining sealer bottle in a box and stored it in the gym on a laminate floor and then left my grown son and dog at home while I went camping. When I returned, I was horrified to discover that the dog had knocked over the sealant and it had dried on the laminate in the gym!So, here's where this product comes in. I used this product to wipe up the new tile and it came out perfect. It was not much work at all, sponge it on, wait a few minutes and then towel it off. Easy peasy!I was terrified to put this on the laminated wood floor in the gym. I finally held my breath and put it on thinking that I had to do "something" as the floor was already destroyed. This stuff was AMAZING... it cleaned up the dried thick glossy sealant and didn't affect the sheen on the wood floor at all. I would have gladly paid 4 times the price. Amazing... wonderful.. does what it says it will do and doesn't harm the surface. All products should be this great!

Waste of money. Did not work to remove Miracle Impregnating Sealer.
Our contractor botched sealing our charcoal black Daltile in bathroom, leaving the impregnating sealer on without wiping excess which left a milky haze all over the tile and grout. Company recommended white buffing pads to remove the haze, that didn't work. I tried this product, by the same manufacturer, which still did not work and now my grout has even more white residue after scrubbing (two different times using this product on same patch). Now not only is my tile still disgusting, but I have to worry about how toxic this stuff was to apply and use around my kids, for no benefit at all (there are fatality warnings on the bottle).

Product worked
Worked as advertised. We sealed our tile grout with a Home Depot product. I guess I didn't do a good job wiping excess within 5 minutes as it left a film on the edge of the tiles that was visible when the sun light hit it. This stuff worked as advertised to get the residue off!

Did not work on granite
I have a build up of sealer on my granite vanity countertop. I was hoping this product would remove it but it didn't. Going to try pure acetone next. Easy to use but odor is overwhelming. Wear a mask.

Doesn't remove all residue
Doesn't remove all residue and take a tremendous amount of work to get the job done.
