Been using one of these on an HP computer that has a display port output only to an HDMI monitor. Works flawlessly. I have a couple of others, one of which had a less sharp image - this one seems fine, and the other worked but ran really hot. This one seems cool to touch despite running all day. The image doesn't appear mucked about with and audio does carry over to the monitor OK.

Simple plug and play, works as expected. This is an ACTIVE adapter cable therefore is a bit more expensive however it's supposed to be compatible with more devices. I initially had a cheap PASSIVE cable which did not work but this solved my problem.

I can't test every claim made in the listing but I can say that 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz (plus audio) is working perfectly for me now.I bought one of these but didn't need to use it right away and never tested it, when I finally needed it I found that it only worked for maybe a minute then would cut out, sometimes it would cut back in again but was totally unusable, I tried this on 3 different gfx cards and monitors and the same result each time.I was outside of the 30 day Amazon return window so I contacted the seller on a Sunday afternoon and they replied really quickly offering to send out a replacement, which they did, and I'm now using it on the Tuesday!It's a shame the first one didn't work but these things happen, my experience dealing with BENFEI customer support was excellent and if you are having any problems I would suggest you try contacting them.

Works fine all the way up to 60Hz UHD. I didn't test higher resolutions or refresh rates.

The quality looks very good, works without any issue and does 144hz at 1440P. Perfect for gaming on f you need!

Initially I thought this cable adapter would solve all my problems...when I finally figured out that I needed an ACTIVE DP to HDMI adapter to connect my monitor to my PC, this looked like a good, sturdy choice. However, although this one worked (as in it connected and sent a signal to my monitor), the connection is not good. On a black screen (eg. blank screen saver) or with a dark image on the screen you can see "stars" (tiny white pixels) flashing across the screen that should not be there. And every few minutes the screen blanks out completely for a few seconds. The connections are all in place and fine, nothing moving, it just blanks out and then comes back online a few seconds later for no apparent reason. I have tried this with 2 different monitors and 2 different HDMI cables to rule out anything else causing the problem. The problem has also worsened with time (I've had it for 6 months). I have just bought a Lindy Active DP to HDMI cable to replace this one, and so far it works perfectly. Unfortunately, I now cannot return this one, even though it is faulty.

Pc will work in all resolutions up to 4K through this adapter but will not work in HDR in any resolution above 1080p. Using through a Samsung 7300 4K TV. TV will also not recognise the any image through the adapter until the PC is on plugged in using the HDMI port on the GPU and then switched to the Adapter.

Noted that there was one review stating that they got flickering at 60Hz in 1440p. I had my pc setup at 1440p at 144Hz (maximum allowed for HDMI at the monitor end) and didn't have any issues (gave me options of 59, 60, 120 and 144 Hz in Intel graphics). Also watched a whole 2h30 4k bluray disc with no issues using the official Intel graphics/SGX/PowerDVD route, so the HDCP also works. At present unable to test the 4k or HDR but not had any issues under current usage.After I shut down the PC I noticed that the active chip part of the adaptor had got a bit warm but it wasn't so hot that I would be worried about anything melting.

Work really good on 4070 to Samsung TV !

Günstiger Display Port auf HDMI Adapter - in unserem Fall erzielt er eine einwandfreie Funktion vom Mini PC mit Windows zum BenQ Monitor - an dem eben nur noch der HDMI Port frei gewesen ist.Wirkt sehr robust und solide und durch das kurze flexible Kabel ist er deutlich praktischer als die klassischen "fixen" Adapter die eher dick auftragen und im worst case sogar andere Kabel bzw. Stecker behindern.Preislich ebenfalls absolut fair - kann man durchaus empfehlen wenn man DP auf HDMI adaptieren muss.

It works well, plug and play but Blacks our now and then for a few seconds. It does not disturb much and happens ones or twice in an evening.

Compré un cable que era DisplayPort a HDMI pero no funcionaba porque no era activo, en cambio, con este accesorio, al ser activo, funciona perfectamente transmitiendo audio y vídeo. El vídeo llega hasta 4k 60hz (comprobado).Completamente recomendable
