I used these after giving birth. They were so much better than the pads that you can use as they’re more comfortable, hold everything in, you’re not worried about it moving out of place and the black conceals a lot of the colour which makes you feel a bit more human

Excellent product

For any post partum mums I’d highly recommend these. I had a C section and they were the only thing that felt comfortable on my stomach - sitting above my scar which was a huge relief those first couple of weeks. They don’t dig in with an elasticated top like some underwear can.Super absorbent - far better than most of the pads I’d tried and more comfortable having a two in one. Black is also very discrete and the sizing is pretty much there. Size 10, I wore a medium which was fine after pregnancy although I didn’t discover these until nearly a week after birth which was a shame but also a godsend once I found them!!Easy to get on and off to change and discard and I didn't feel unclean wearing them if you know what I mean ladies!

I really loved these for post partum. I had a c section so I needed something that sat above the scar which it did! I had no pain in that area at all and the underwear protected it from my jogging bottom waistband. I ordered size M and am usually a 10 - I found them a little small around the upper thigh, but I just cut the seam on either side about an inch and they fit perfectly. As my belly shrank back I stopped needing to cut them. Very stretchy and was able to contain all my post partum bleeding (which was heavy). I’d highly recommend for any mums that don’t want to buy all new underwear for the short time after birth.I also bought the Always version of underwear and they were nowhere near as stretchy or comfortable around the back and I found myself reaching for the Tena ones every time instead.

Absolute godsend after you've had a baby - great that they come in black and are discrete and that you can get them online when it's hard to get out of the house. Very absorbent.

Does what expected, personally did not find them comfy and found them a bit itchy, size was good and absorbency is great
