Great Muscle Relaxant
I'm in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, so as expected, I'm aching all over. I get really bad cramps in my both of my calves that come on all of a sudden in the wee hours of the morning and my husband massages my legs with these. It takes out the tension and has the right amount of "heat" in it. The pain immediately subsides. It's also good for back aches, shoulders, knees, or just all over!
