This book should be in your library of you do plan reviews for fire & life safety. Comes with a CD and a set of practice plans that would be used as part of the text if you were taking a plan review class that requires this book.

No missing pages and easy to read big letter. Lots of information and simple to read and understand.

This is one book my son needed for his fire science program. It’s exactly the one he needed for his class.

Okay, this is a textbook, so I was forced to read it just like you probably are being forced. I'm halfway through my Fire Science degree, so I've read quite a few IFSTA books already.The text itself isn't too bad, but the Index and Glossary are awful. At least fully 70% of the material I tried to reference could not be found. Usually not the case. It was frustrating, to say the least.All my blueprints were there, at least the ones I had to reference. The entire set was not intact, and missing pages I really wanted to look at, like the Fire Alarm System drawings. Apparently you can order them, but I didn't have time to order materials I wasn't being assigned to review.

IFSTA puts out a good product and if you can get it at a good value, in good shape and get it quick then my experience was great.
