Galactic Hot Dogs is a huge hit with my 6th graders! Max Brallier is such an engaging author, and his writing keeps the students hooked from start to finish. The series is a perfect blend of text and illustrations, making it an excellent transition for kids who are into graphic novels but aren’t quite ready to dive into full novels without pictures. The catchy title definitely grabs their attention, and they love the humor and creativity throughout. I buy ALL of Max Brallier's books for my classroom – they're just that good!

As soon as he received it, he couldn’t put it down. It’s hilarious, funny, with tons of fun adventures. If I had more time, I’d read it myself. Get it for your kiddo! It’s a great series!

We got this series for our 10 and 8 year old boys for Christmas this past year; they had both read 'The Last Kids on Earth' series a bunch of times over, so I knew they'd love this, too. They do. They LOVE it. My 10 year old says he likes this series even better than 'The Last Kids on Earth,' which is saying a lot considering he read the entire series about 8 times (or more, I lost count). They've both read this series multiple times, too. I hope to see more from this author in the future!
