Hozelock Charcoal Grey Automatic Hose Reel 40M Limited Edition

Excellent product which is very smooth to use. No trouble just yet , as I haven't used it fully due to the weather .Only hang up , are the ridiculous screws that are supplied !!!!! The hose isn't light weight , then imagine it with water left in it too . The screws supplied would be brilliant for hanging pictures, just not for hanging a very heavy hose pipe . So I had to purchase more suitable .... But still very happy with it !

Very good Hozelock product, yet screws could be improved. Screw heads churned easily so had to be replaced. Please consider using good quality screws and plugs rather than the ones provided.

The product is great - does what you expect but the seller is SUPERB we had a slight issue with the first hose we received and Garden Fox’s ‘Steve’ swung into action sending a courier to collect the faulty item and another to deliver the replacement. Sometimes things go wrong - it’s how a company deals with it that sets them apart and this company was terrific. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

This is a replacement for same model we have had for years. Expensive but worth the money. Hose easy to pull out and use, keeps the hose nice and tidy when not in use.

I've had this for around 6 months and it works really well. I was concerned the auto rewind wouldn't last but it still seems to be working well. It's quite expensive but worth it in my opinion. It's a thumbs up from me.

The hose arrived very quickly with friendly driver 👍 unfortunately the first time the host was used water came out of the grey box 💦connectors were checked and ok I’m not prepared to take it apart as I’m a woman on my own and have arthritis in both thumbs I’m so very disappointed as I need a hose like this to get to the front garden and this was not cheap please can you send a replacement thank you Mrs C Bishop
