This vitamin is quality and really works. I see the results in my skin and hair, as well as feeling the effects.

I buy this supplement for my daughter who is vegan. It's difficult for her to get enough vitamins and minerals in her daily diet even though she follows a balanced plant based meal plan. Her immune system and skin have greatly improved since starting this supplement. I have it in my subscriptions now.

Easy to take

I cannot honestly say I do not notice a difference in how I feel yet. I have been taking for 3 weeks, I plan on continuing taking it because good changes come slowly and subtle. This product is very easy on your system, it does not upset my stomach, even when taken on an empty stomach. I purchased the first bottle as a gift for my out of state daughter, she approved it so I decided to try for myself. I plan on continuing to use this for a minimum of three months and look back at the changes that have occurred. I think the price is fair, a good product is never “inexpensive”. I am 61 and 💯% believe you get what you pay for. I look forward to upcoming changes in my energy and all around mood!

Work. To get energy. Easy to swallow. Easy on the stomach

First of all the shipping was extremely fast. I like the smell is like royal jelly that I take from time to time as well. I just started taking the vitamins so I cant say much about the effects at the end. However I do feel more energy daily and that is what I was looking for. The size of the capsule is like any other and is easy to swallow with water or juice. It is a good value for the money because of the quantity of vitamins in the bottle. My stomach is very sensitive to any vitamins and pills but with this brand for the moment I feel fine and not issues at all.

I really liked these at first, but halfway into the bottle I started developing episodes of a burning sensation on my face, head, neck and chest with flushed skin that would last about an hour as well as stomach cramps. I unfortunately didnt know any better to check the levels ot B3, nor was I educated about "niacin flush" but after going to the doctor and going through allergy testing and other expensive tests, my doctor finally figured out that my B3 levels were too high and told me to check my multivitamins. Sure enough, these have 30 mg, which is DOUBLE the amount that an adult woman should take. AVOID these vitamins and do your research before choosing vitamins and supplements. I really wish I had!
