Contract Law: Text, Cases, and Materials

The book is ok, contains all the relevant notes and cases mentioned in lectures. But difficult to understand due to how it is set out and the language used. It is not structured well like other books. There are much easier contract textbooks to use than this. Personally, I would not recommend.

One of the worst text books ever. Isn’t set out logically and dedicates pages and pages to a quote from a judge which realistically isn’t as useful as explaining something with a smaller quote to back this up. Really do not recommend it and studying from it is difficult and vague.

Content of the book is very good however, the material used for manufacture is of very low quality. Paper is very thin and text print is too small. Book can even tear while flipping through pages that’s how thin the paper is.
